Beautiful fully renovated apartment of 60m² with exposed tufa stones, typical of old Tours, in the hyper center facing the Halles. For 6 people
A large room of 45 m² in which there is a 2-seater sofa bed and 2 very comfortable individual armchair-beds + a bedroom with a double bed open to the walk-in shower room, 1 minute walk from the old Tours and its amenities.
Renovated apartment with typical stones (old Tours)
Pets are welcome in this accommodation provided you let us know of their presence. They are welcomed with pleasure and at no extra charge, so please make sure that their presence does not lead to more cleaning, do not let them go on the sofas and if you are used to sleeping with them, please bring your own sheets.
Noisy parties and parties are strictly prohibited.
Non-smoking accommodation, not accessible to people with reduced mobility (access to the accommodation by stairs, no elevator)

If you want architectural beauty with exposed stonework, a spectacular central location to explore Tours, easy communication and a warm welcome - then this is an absolute must place to stay. We loved it!!

Perfect location and apartment

Located steps from historical sites, bakeries, restaurants, shops. Beautiful apartment with all amenities. We will stay there again!

Fantastic loft appartment right in the centre of the old town. Minutes from dozens of great restaurants and bars. The place was beautifully presented and Delphine was super helpful and attentive. Lots of parking options within minutes. Can't wait to stay there again.

Lovely stay

A really great character property with amazing features throughout. Very comfortable beds and everything we needed for a short stay in Tour. 30 second walk to the medieval quarter of Tour so location could not be better. Secure underground parking available which we used but there is a public car park directly opposite so lots of options. Highly recommended and would stay again.

The apartment is lovely, spacious and clean. Communication with the host was very easy. Les Halles just across the street is an amazing place. The apartment is within easy walking distance to the train station and sights. The stairs are a bit of a challenge, but I’m 75 and I made it work!

Fantastic location and very spacious unit

The flat is located next to Les Halles and has an outdoor market every Wed and Sat. The check-in process was very simple and easy. The kitchen was well stocked, and stores and restaurants were conveniently nearby. Despite being so close in the city, the windows are quite effective in insulating street noise.

We really enjoyed this property. Very spacious. Washer and dryer a big plus. 17 minute walk to train station. 4 minute walk to walk street area with many dining options. 1 minute to a grocery. Very quiet at night. Owner very responsive to questions. Great place to stay in tours

Fantastic property!

I stayed in this apartment for almost 2 months. I had such a good experience, I've already booked a return visit! The apartment is in a great location, just enough activity that I didn't feel isolated. There is everything you need to function and it is tasteful and comfortable. Delphine takes care of the property. I can't say enough good things about her. Her communication was always prompt and helpful. Plus, she's just super pleasant and efficient. I look forward to staying here again!

Spacious appartment. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Note that there are stairs to reach the appartment. Not all of the lights worked lots of switches (typical old building). Comfortable chairs but not the bar stools for breakfast table. Parking expensive so you need to look about half a mile for street parking.

Excellent location, though being so central, it gets rather noisy on Saturday night. The host is exceedingly helpful providing the instructions that is impossible to get wrong. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe of every sort around and Loire is a few minutes walking.

Merci pour votre évaluation. Je vous avoue ne pas comprendre pourquoi vous n’avez mis que 3 étoiles au logement, si c’est uniquement pour le bruit c’est un peu cher payé d’autant que c’est vous qui avez choisi l’emplacement de l’appartement. Si vous êtes sensible au bruit je vous invite à réserver à l’avenir des logements dans des quartiers calmes et à éviter les hyper centres qui sont forcément au cœur des viles donc plus bruyants, afin de ne pas pénaliser les hôtes qui ne peuvent pas être tenus responsables de l’activité du quartier. J’espère qu’à l’avenir vos séjours se détourneront dans des endroits calmes. Bonne continuation

Ottima posizione, ottima location, ottimo tutto! Si è in centro in una città universitaria cosmopolita...è normale che ci sia casino fino al mattino. Si è in un edificio datato (anche se molto ben ristrutturato)...è normale che non ci sia l'ascensore e che le scale siano "particolari". A richiesta e a pagamento si può avere il garage, La signora Delphine, sempre disponibile! OTTIMO!
