A short walk to the Ramada Hotel for elegant dining, downtown Geneva for a cocktail, or to the Welcome Center to learn about all the treasures the Finger Lakes has to offer. Just a short drive from Hobart William Smith, Roys Marina, and The Belhurst Castle. This home is also conveniently located on a running/walking/biking path, where many local races have starting lines are minutes from the front door.

The Space:
Eclipse is a new and modern solar home. It is decorated with storage space in mind!

When you enter the home through the front door you first see the dining room with a large, custom made table that turns into a pool table! To the left we have our kitchen, with state of the art appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. In the same space is an open and inviting living room with games, an Xbox console, and books for rainy days or a quiet nights in.

Down the hall you will find 3 comfy queen bedrooms with plenty of space for your belongings. Even the beds lift up for additional storage! This house has 2 bathrooms with showers and all the amenities you might need!

Through the backdoor in the master bedroom you will enter a beautiful zen patio lit with overhead string lights, outdoor couches, a Softub, grill (propane included), and an outdoor dining table. Outside there are also games for all ages.

This three bedroom home is cozy, but with everything you need and more. It will exceed your expectations! Feel good about enjoying your getaway to the Finger Lakes, while leaving a small carbon foot print!

Getting Around:
This house allows for easy access! It is only walking distance from both downtown Geneva and the beautiful lake front. You can go shopping in town, see a show, or enjoy a fabulous meal, without having to drive anywhere. Outside of town driving is the easiest way to get around. We have Uber, many wine touring options and local taxis.

Other Things to Note:
Please note: Neighbors live here all year long, please be respectful of them.

Also note, there are 4 parking spots for guests vehicles. 2 behind the back patio and two to the right of the home (near the train tracks and dumpster) labeled 31.

Interaction with Guests:
Host lives close by, if needed in an emergency.
