Discover this pleasant, warm and cosy apartment, fully renovated, situated on the ground floor of a beautiful, traditional Bordeaux building, right in the heart of Bordeaux, opposite Saint-Jean station. Tastefully decorated and ideally located, it offers you an excellent base in a lively and bustling neighbourhood, whilst remaining quiet.

💳 SECURITY DEPOSIT

The pre-authorisation does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, provided the terms and conditions are met and the property is returned in perfect condition.

🌆 LOCATION AND NEIGHBOURHOOD
You’ll be staying opposite Gare Saint-Jean, in a lively and bustling neighbourhood with all the main attractions nearby. Tram line C runs 100 metres from the flat and serves all the city’s key locations.
From Mérignac Airport: Tram A or bus 1 to the Gare Saint-Jean stop, then a 1-minute walk.
Parking: The apartment does not have its own parking. The public car park at Place de la Victoire is 200 metres away (€19/day). Street parking is free from 7pm to 9am, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.

Great location, not so great help

The best thing about the apartment was the location being right by the train station, and we got the room on the first floor. However, the trash was full and extremely smelly when we arrived there were no trash bags for us to place in the trashcan and we ran out of toilet paper. The check out instructions, state cleaning expectations yet there was nothing in the apartment to clean with. Communicating with the with the property manager was extremely difficult, because he did not speak English.

Très bien pour un court séjour : gare et tram à pied. Bien équipé pour 2. Manque une petite climatisation car l'appartement prend la chaleur et ne peut être aéré la nuit du fait de sa proximité des lieux de vie. Le tri des déchets n'est pas indiqué donc impossible de trier ce qui est regrettable. Attention si vous êtes en voiture, se garer près du logement est presque impossible ( il vous faudra marcher 5/6 min) et pensez au parcmètre pour vos frais annexes.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We had an excellent stay here in Bordeaux, the bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. However, our host was 45 minutes late checking us in leaving us on the street with our luggage which was a huge inconvenience. Also, you need to pay €49 to use the linens which personally I would have preferred to be included in the overall price and made clearer on booking.com Overall a pleasant stay.

Très bon appartement mais...

L'appartement est idéalement situé. Proche de tous les transports (TER pour se rendre à la mer, tram ou bus pour se balader dans Bordeaux...) Cependant il manquait d'équipements dans la cuisine (passoire, 1 seul verre à eau...). Un seul aspirateur et une seule serpillère de disponible pour tous les appartements donc difficile de faire le ménage lorsque sonne l'heure du départ. Nous avons ce pendant été très bien accueillie et avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Appartement propre mais bruyant

Appartement très bien placé (proche gare), propre, avec un bon accueil et un espace bien aménagé. Mais l'appartement est bruyant (on entend les locataires de l'appartement situé au-dessus) et situé directement sur la rue (la photo de l'annonce n'est d'ailleurs pas représentative de cet appartement). Le supplément ménage et linge, ainsi que la caution à déposer (qui ne sont pas explicités clairement dans le descriptif) nuisent au rapport qualité prix.
