Put more FUN into your family’s Disney MEMORIES with this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhome situated on Disney's doorstep! Makin Memories is an oasis, with all of the comforts and amenities that you want.

We invite you to share FUN and MEMORIES in this beautifully furnished townhome with a fully appointed kitchen and all of the room your family needs to relax and enjoy: a master bedrooms with a queen bed, a queen bedroom, and two bunk bedroom's. And when it’s time for everyone to get ready to go to the parks…there are 3 full bathrooms! All bedrooms have wall-mounted flat screen televisions…the great room boasts a large flat screen as well. As if that wasn’t enough…there is a screened in heated splash pool (heat is an optional extra. Note terms below) and beautiful resort facilities, The Hideaway Club, with a lazy river, heated pool and spa, water slides, miniature golf, beach volleyball, basketball court, fitness center, activities program, canoe and kayak rentals…and yes…even a Tiki Bar with great food and drinks. Now this is how to enjoy Disney!

The home has a washer and dryer. PLEASE NOTE that pool heat is an optional extra cost and only available for the duration of your stay. Note further that the pool can only be heated for the duration of your stay and needs to be paid for upfront. (before your stay).

Resort amenities are included in the cost except for the mini-golf and kayaks. The clubhouse is about a 7 min walk.

Location is generally the most sought after feature for vacation renters and Storey Lake Resort delivers the BEST location of any vacation home resort development ever built in Central Florida. In fact, renters and owners can visit all of Orlando’s top theme park resort without having to travel on I-4. Storey Lake Resort is only 17 miles from Orlando International Airport as well as only 2.5 miles from the Lake Buena Vista Outlets and Disney Springs.In addition to having an unmatched location, Storey Lake Resort offers top notch amenities around it’s featured clubhouse “The Hideway Club”. The Hideaway Club at Storey Lake Resort offers a fitness center, poolside dining and bar, resort pool and spa, lazy river, mini golf, water slides, splash pad and kayak rentals.
This Vacation Rental Contract is a legal agreement between Kissimmee Rentals and Property Management (also referred to as the “Property Manager”) and you, the Renters (also referred to as “Guests” or “Renter”). This contract is entered into agreement as of the date when Renters place their reservation online and reservation is screened and accepted by the Property Manager. The rental home is a transient public lodging establishment and is regulated by Chapter 509 of the Florida Statutes.

By clicking “Book Now” you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following for this specific property:


1. PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION: All rental monies are due according to the payment policy outlined on the website. Please review these terms carefully. You may cancel your booking at any time before your stay, however amounts paid may not be refundable.

2. HOUSE RULES: The property may have specific rules regarding large groups, parties, pets, smoking and other items. These rules are detailed in the property description section of the website listing and or attachments thereto and are incorporated into this agreement. Please review these terms carefully, as a violation may result in additional fees or eviction without refund.

3. ARRIVAL DETAILS AND CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: You will receive contact information for the primary contact for your stay once the booking is made. Your contact will assist with arrival, check in and coordinate any maintenance needs. Please note that the checkout time is 10:00am on your departure date unless otherwise agreed in writing with your local contact. Vacation homes are often booked on a back-to-back basis with the next guest arriving on the same day consequently any violation of the checkout time will result in $100 being taken from the deposit for every hour after 11:00am on the departure date.

4. DAMAGES AND SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please check the home for any damage on arrival and report it to your local contact immediately to avoid any deductions from your security deposit. Any damage made during your stay must be reported to your local contact before checkout. The home will be inspected on departure and the security deposit refunded within seven days net of any deductions for damages if applicable. Note that additional cleaning fees may be deducted from your security deposit if the home is found to be excessively dirty.

5. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Pool (and spa if applicable) heat is an additional service for the home and will be charged separately when required. Pools do take a few days to heat in the winter months therefore advance notice is required to utilize this service. Pools are heated to 88F.

6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of people and adults that may occupy the property is indicated in the listing. This rule applies to day visitors as well. Occupancy over the indicated capacity may result in eviction and forfeiture of amounts paid unless approved in writing by your local contact. The renter may not sublet or switch out with other guests without the written permission of the Property Manager.

7. MAINTENANCE – We care very much about our vacation rentals and strive to keep it in excellent shape. If you notice any problems or maintenance issues, please notify your local contact immediately. All electrical, plumbing and appliances should be in working order. We will do our best to have tradesmen attend to the problems but may not be able to fix everything over holidays and weekends. Utilities (power, water, gas, cable and wifi) provided to the home may be interrupted by service providers on occasion. Such interruption of service will not form the basis of a refund if it occurs through no fault of the Property Manager.

8. CANCELLATIONS BY THE PROPERTY MANAGER – You will be refunded 100% of any amounts paid if the Property Manager cancels your booking for any reason. We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance to protect against certain types of cancellations, among other risks.

9. CLEANLINESS – You are expected to treat the property with respect, keeping in mind that this is an individual’s home, not a hotel room. Even although a cleaning fee is charged, you are expected to leave the home in a clean, neat and orderly condition.

10. WAIVER AND RELEASE - Please note that this property has a pool and has safety measures in place in terms of Florida statutes which we urge you to use at all times- we further urge that all children have constant adult supervision when swimming. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to waive any and all claims in the future against the owner, property manager, their agents, employees and representatives (hereinafter referred to as the "Releasees" in respect of the use of the pool and the pool area. Further you agree to release the Releasees from any and all loss, damage, cost or expense whatsoever that may be suffered by you and/or anyone you invite to use the home as your guest.

11. INDEMNIFICATION – To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Property Manager, property owner, their agents, employees and representatives for any liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use and/or occupancy of the home and pool, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, loss of personal belongings or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by you and/or anyone you invite to use the home as your guest.

12. ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS – If the Property Manager employs the services of an attorney to enforce any conditions of this agreement, you shall be liable to the Property Manager for reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

13. FALSIFIED BOOKINGS – If your booking was made under false pretense, including, but not limited to, a falsified name, age, or size of party, you will be subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

14. PROPERTY MANAGER ACCESS – If requested, you shall allow the Property Manager access to the home during your stay. The Property Manager undertakes to exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

15. DISPUTES - Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

16. GENERAL TERMS – If any section, clause, paragraph or term of the agreement is held or determined to be void, invalid or unenforceable, for any reason, all other terms, clauses or paragraphs herein shall be severed and remain in force and effect.
Acknowledgement and acceptance of rental agreement required in order to confirm booking.

Perfect family get away

This property was the perfect place for the family to get away & enjoy not only our time at the parks but our time at the rental as well. The house itself is beautiful with a decent-sized private pool—combine that with being located at an awesome resort with fun amenities & you have the perfect family rental! We would definitely return

Great place for a family getaway!

Our family enjoyed our stay! Kids loved the pool on the patio! The house was exactly as pictured. Gated community and close to restaurants, shops and Disney stuff so great for that. We chose this place because of the resort amenities but ended up hanging out in our screened splash pool area instead because our 5 and 6 year olds didn’t wanna leave it and when we drove past the resort pools area it was super packed. The little splash pool was perfect for our kids. We paid for pool heating and it was so worth it to have a warmed pool at the end of the night! Our phones didn’t get the best service there, so we did use the WiFi and it was a bit slow but not a major issue for us. All in all, we are very happy with our stay and would book again!

Highly recommend!

Second year at Storey Lake, great spot for families. Condo was spotless, everything worked as it should. Owner was always available and answered emails within minutes! Lots of parking, paid for pool heat and it stayed at 88 the whole month. Owner arranged house cleaners halfway through as I was there for 4 weeks. Reasonable cost and they came as scheduled and did a great job. Only issue was a king size wooden frame with a queen size mattress in upper level master. EVERYONE who went in the room stubbed a toe or scraped a leg! Glad I brought a first aid kit. Please replace one or the other, lol. Loved it and would highly recommend the condo and the owner. Thanks for a great vacay Rene!

Nice place however grounds could be cleaner

Great place however grounds could be cleaner. There was always garbage bags lying around. The condo itself was immaculate and the pool area was very nice. Close and convenient to everything.

Close to parks far enough for peace

The property is super clean and loads of space. More contemporary in style. Easy to communicate with owner. The pool at the house was a nice place for the kids to relax after the parks and for us to not have to trek loads of stuff to the pools. The large community pool was nice and our kids enjoyed the last river. Only negative I have about our entire 10 days stay was the attendant at the pool took it upon herself to fuss at our kids for something they did not do. I had been watching them the whole time and she threatened to throw them out of the water area and insisted they were the ones on the waterslide when it was closed when infact it was other kids that looked nothing like our little ones. She also yelled at another family who was complaining about her to the manager at the same time we were informing the manager about our incident. The attendant was very unpleasant and rude. The manager claimed she apologized and was very sorry. Just so happened my mom and her husband were visiting with us and were sitting in the lobby while manager was talking to the attendant inside and while we were talking to the assistant manager outside. They said she never apologized and was in fact complaining about the guests and all the trouble they give her. From the comments I heard from the assistant manager this is an issue they have been having with her. Again, the condo we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. The large pool was nice and relaxing minus the attendant.
