Head down to the beach for fantastic snorkeling or to enjoy year-round sunsets, delight in whale watching season right from your spacious and furnished lanai which boasts spectacular turquoise ocean and island views. This 2nd-floor condo features ocean inspired décor and is bright, light and airy with a unique modern tropical flair.

Amazing stay at Hoyochi Nikko! I highly recommend if you want a relaxing stay without the hustle and bustle of a big resort. We had the pool to ourselves most days. Beautiful!!

Everything was perfect and we loved our stay. They also did a great job maintaining the common area around the pool. The covered parking situation is tricky so be sure to rent a smaller vehicle (rav 4 size or smaller) so it fits in the assigned spot.

Very nice condo clean and updated. Nice deck and outside lawn area. Parking was an issue. Company worked with us to make sure we could park in another space other than our condo’s parking, since we had a jeep. We appreciated their help. Even then, parking was very tight and small parking lot. Some of the parking was under building, so there was no way we could have drove under building. Other issue we had, was no one could take a shower and have hot water the full time. Half way through it turned to cold water. This was an issue.

The place was so clean. The view was beautiful! The beach was unfortunately now there due to severe rains in the recent weeks, however we saw plenty of turtles from our balcony! It was in a great location! Our suv fortunately BARELY made it, but there were SO many mosquitos and it was a little dirty down in the parking garage. It would be hard to park if the parking garage had been full, luckily it was not. The AC worked great and all we had to buy was laundry soap. I would stay here over and over!!

Parking was not good. It was hard to access if the parking lot was full due to it being right next to a wall and the direct beach access was not direct as it was rocky and rough with a sign that said swim at your own risk.

This condo exceeded our expectations! The location was picture perfect. It felt like we had our own Maui home right on a private beach. It was spacious for our family of 5 and easy access to island activities. The pool/common area was a great place to unwind after our day adventures. The communication from the property management was excellent and it made our stay very easy. We will definitely be coming back!

A Quiet Paradise

This property was so spectacular! The unit itself was clean, modern, and well-stocked. The ocean-front location and the property were perfect. It felt like we had our own private beach. Can't wait to go back soon!

Maui family vacation

This rental was perfect for our needs! Very clean, gorgeous view and well stocked. And we loved that it’s located in a smaller building - very peaceful and quiet setting. Parking is not easy, but we were prepared for that as described! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Beachfront Condo!

We had a great week at this rental. The condo was clean and had a great, relaxing beach vibe. All was up to date and fresh feeling. Couldn't beat the location: 10 minutes or less to just about everything in West Maui. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic apartment

We traveled as a family of four and found the apartment spacious and very clean. It had every we needed for a six night beach holiday. The property is older but very well maintained and a highlight for us all was spotting the turtles in the water.

Most favorite place yet!

This was our second time staying in Hoyoch Nikko complex but by far our favorite unit. The place was clean, stocked with everything we needed and even had sharp knives 😱 Every time we needed something in the kitchen it was there, the furniture was all supportive and comfortable and it really felt like the owns had gone the extra mile on decorations and getting quality furnishings.

Lovely condo, great blew

Five family members stayed for a week at Hoyochi Nikko. Everything was perfect. We wish there were more beach, but climate change has taken effect.

Great Family Property!

Our family of 4 stayed in the condo and we were so impressed! It was exactly as pictured, clean and the location was great. We even snorkled in the ocean in front of the property and were able to see some sea turtles! Management was very responsive to any needs. I would advise the parking garage is very short, a SUV of any size will not fit. Overall we would happily stay here again! Mahalo

Great place

Immaculate condo. Has everything you need. Unfortunately most of the sandy beach recently washed away in front of condo. But ocean still accessible. Just a 10 min drive to Lahaina for many shops, restaurants and groceries. Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful Oasis

We had a wonderful time at our condo - everything was immaculate and had magnificent views. Our first night there were turtles on the shore just as you got to the beach. We could see turtles, whales and flying fish. Perfect spot for snorkeling and paddle boarding. Very cozy inside the condo, everything you could have needed was there! Mahalo for a great place to stay!

Gorgeous & Perfect

This small, peaceful, low density property was perfect for relaxing by the water & generally doing nothing. Interior & furnishings were comfortable, location is in a great safe neighborhood. The view and easy access to calm water for snorkeling can not be beat. Our only complaint was that the assigned parking space was under a low (5' 7") roof and absolutely tiny. Thankfully the property was not completely full, and we were able to park in the small open air lot.Our only complaint

Fantastic Stay

Great location and views are amazing from the rental. Lots of turtles just out front to see. Pool and grounds are very well cared for. Listing did say compact cars only but could add details on the height limit. We had a small car but it had a roof rack that didn’t fit.

Epic Maui Experience

The ambiance of the high end nautical decor, breathtaking views, private beach, attentive property manager, beautifully manicured garden, visiting sea turtles and whales, all contributed to this being a vacation of a lifetime! We were close to all the best excursions, and looked forward to returning to our condo each night! We even preferred our beach to the highest rated beaches around. Mahalo for giving us memories to treasure…we look forward to returning as soon as possible!

Amazing stay

Beautiful condo and property. Updated throughout, with modern decor and appliances. Steps away from the ocean, where we swam with sea turtles daily. Complex was very laid back and kid friendly. Convenient location just outside of the hustle and bustle of Lahaina. Parking can be tricky if you don’t rent a small, compact car (which is advised by the property managers ahead of check-in). Would definitely stay here again!
