This incredible West Maui home is the perfect place to spend your much-needed Hawaiian holiday. Our clean and comfortable oceanfront condo has everything you'll need, from the fully stocked kitchen to the peacefulness of the outdoor lanai where you can experience beautiful West Maui sunsets every night!

We had a wonderful stay! The ocean view was absolutely amazing, and the easy beach access made the location even better. It truly was a 10 out of 10 for scenery and convenience.The only thing worth mentioning is that if you’re traveling with four adults (or two adults and older teenagers), the space can feel a little crowded. That said, it was very quiet, comfortable, and worked well for our family.Overall, we had a great experience, would definitely recommend this property, and hope to come back again someday!

The property was cozy and in a fantastic waterfront location. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the property manager did an excellent job keeping everything immaculate.The listing photos made the property appear larger than it actually was, so it felt a bit smaller than we expected. We were traveling with our adult son, who stayed in the upstairs loft. Even he was cautious using the stairs, so guests with mobility concerns or young children should keep that in mind.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location and well-kept property made for a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view - even got to see a whale late in the season! Limited products provided such as laundry pods but grateful to get a starting batch. Water heater struggled to keep up with 4 adult showers. Great to have the two floor condo lay out. Would stay again!

The best place to stay

This is our 3rd time at Hoyocci Nikko! We love the quiet which forces you to relax. We take daily walks in either direction and can pick up supplies if needed. We are not resort people so this is perfect!

Beautiful spot right on the ocean. Close to beaches. Quiet. Saw whales and turtles from the condo.

Paradise Honeymoon

The stay was fantastic, there were things we had questions and concerns about that were immediately addressed, and not to mention the staff checked in throughout the week to see if we needed anything else. The location is beautiful, the amenities fit all one would need to live comfortably, and the property is in one of the best locations on Maui. This 100% a recommended stay, and we look forward to booking again in the future!

Great Location and Beautiful Views

Landscaping was awesome. Beautiful and spacious inside. Accurate representation on the Internet. Had it's own beach, alot of other areas had rocky terrain. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Maui.

Maui getaway

Maui

This condo was perfect for my family, it was so clean and comfortable, the amenities were great. There wasn’t a time you couldn’t look out the patio and not see turtles swimming by. We are already planning our trip back and will be reccomending this spot to anyone we know who is headed there.
