With a special focus on our future visitors, we are pleased to offer this charming single-story home of 85 m² featuring a large, bright 44 m² living area facing due south, an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a 30-square-meter wooden deck and a lovely little tropical garden, along with private parking and a bike shed. This home, which is accessible for people with disabilities, features two bedrooms, each measuring 12.5 square meters (one bedroom with three 90-cm beds, two of which are bunk beds, and one bedroom with a 160-cm bed), as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet equipped with a hand-washing sink. The last room is the laundry room.
The house’s location offers a peaceful setting while still being close to downtown and providing easy access to shops and the train station, located 1.4 km away. In addition, you can reach the oyster port of Gujan in just a 15-minute walk or enjoy the bike paths located 250 m from the house. The Dune du Pilat is a 15-minute drive from the house and a 45-minute bike ride along the bike paths.
Since we live nearby, we’ll be happy to offer advice on the many and varied activities available in our beautiful Arcachon Bay.
Currently, the house is not equipped with a specific, secure electrical outlet for charging electric or hybrid car batteries. We therefore ask that you refrain from charging batteries.

Belle maison confortable, au calme & conforme à la description.Accueil de qualité de la part des propriétaires & échanges cordiaux.C'est notre deuxième passage dans cette maison, nous étions contents lors de notre premier séjour, et le sommes tout autant d'avoir retrouvé cette adresse sympathique.Bon emplacement pour profiter de Gujan & de ses alentours.Agréable séjour au sud du bassin d'Arcachon.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison récente, bien équipée et au calme, la maison étant au fond d'une allée. La maison permet d'accéder rapidement aux plages océanes et lacs, ainsi qu'à de nombreux sites pour visiter la région. Le propriétaire s'est montré très disponible et accueillant. Schönes Haus in zentraler Lage

Das Haus liegt in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten vor der Terrasse könnte etwas Liebe und Pflege gebrauchen, dann wäre es noch schöner. Leider wurde während unseres Aufenthalts das Nachbarhaus saniert, aber das dürfte bald abgeschlossen sein.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt trotzdem genossen und würden wiederkommen.

Hervorragende Unterkunft!

Super schönes und absolut sauberes Haus mit toller Ausstattung. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Wie vor Ort üblich, ein mit Mauern umgebenes Grundstück und abschließbarem Tor. Genügend Platz für das Auto und große Terrasse. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer, der unmittelbar nebenan wohnt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Nicht weit vom Hafen entfernt. Dort leckere Austern. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Très joli logement impeccable, parfaitement équipé rien ne manque, décoration dans le thème du bassin : nous avons adoré !Emplacement dans un quartier calme et à proximité de nombreux commerces. Tous les sites du bassin d'Arcachon sont facilement accessibles pour visiter et profiter de cette superbe région. Sans oublier des hôtes qui nous ont accueillis avec gentillesse à notre arrivée tardive (retard de notre avion)

Magnifique location

Magnifique maison, les propriétaires apportent toujours une touche décorative intérieure. Cette maison est très bien entretenue intérieur et extérieur. Très bonne literie. Le quartier est calme. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques. Une location de rêve qui donne envie d'y retourner.

Excellent séjour à Gujan-Mestras

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison très fonctionnelle, et conforme à la description. L’endroit est très calme et reste proche des commerces, d’un très joli port ostréicole et de la gare très pratique pour se rendre à Arcachon.
