Would most definitely stay again if we come back to Destin!! Prime location close to everything that we went too, The kids loved both pools at the location, I truly enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit so I didn’t have leave to do laundry, The mattress was probably my favorite part.

Over all it was nice. The shower curtain was stained so we bought one to put over it and at sleeper couch was broken. The side of the refrigerator is pretty dirty or stained . The decorations are cute and the master bed was very comfortable. Over all it was nice.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the decorations and found the master bed comfortable. We’re sorry about the shower curtain and the sleeper sofa. Had we known about the stained shower curtain during your stay, we would have been happy to send housekeeping over to replace it or let you know where there was a backup in the condo. You listed 2 adults and 1 child, so I am not sure why you needed the fold out sleepers. The condo has a king bed, two bunk beds, and two-fold-out sleeper sofas. One of the sleeper sofas is currently not functioning properly, but the other fold-out sofa can be used, and the two sofas can also be positioned together to create an additional king-size sleeping area. We also appreciate you bringing the refrigerator to our attention. This is rust, which is caused by humidity and that is something we deal with here in Florida! We will have maintenance look at painting that side of the refrigerator. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving the experience for our future guests.

The pull out bed was broke! So my other guest had to get another room..I called in regard to a missing iPad and the owner was very rude stated that I needed to have my location on ans that it was my own fault and refused to even care was very rude about it…

I just wish I could put on here how lovely it was to have you as renter as we would give zero stars the way you left the condo and the linens and then when you called, we merely suggested that you use “find my ipad” app and if that was rude, I am so sorry. There are two sides to every story and the names that you screamed on the phone call were very lovely as well, we can only warn to never rent to you again!

Great place to stay! The king bed is a little too firm and squeaks on one side. Other than that it was in a great location to Walmart, Henderson State Beach, and everything in Destin.

We brought three children with us on our trip, and it was the perfect amount of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The condo was beautiful and up-to-date. It was in the heart of Destin, where everything was close to us. The owner was very easy to communicate with, in the check in process was simple. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for young family on a budget

The condo was perfect for our family with young children. We needed a home base that allowed us easy location to all Destin has the offer, but didn’t break the bank. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and supplies were appropriately stocked. The management team was easily reachable by text as needed. We were able to walk to the beach and take a short (10 min or less) drive to many good restaurants and harbor village. Highly recommend!!

The condo was very nest and clean. Well stocked with extra pillows and towels, if needed. The fridge, stove, and microwave were all very clean. The fridge and microwave were in good working order, I didn’t use the stove/oven during my stay. There were a couple weak spots in the floor that were not noticeable until you stepped on them. Definitely not something that would cause a bad experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Convenient and close

The pull out bed in the couch is broken we could not get it out. It is close and convenient to just about everything in Destin. The pools were closed at random times with no notice and weren't the cleanest. Overall we were happy with the location and the price.

Hi David, We apologize the pull out was broken, no one informed us, we have only been told it was hard to open. I did contact the HOA to get the pools open for you and others vacationing, that’s all we can do about those issues that arise. We are glad you enjoyed the location and h hope you still enjoyed your vacation.

Great place if you want experience the city

Great location! Even though it was slightly far from the beach but it was in the heart of Destin so everything is near by. Overall is great ! And I didn’t give 5 stars as the living room table and the general set up of the living room isn’t the safest for kids ! I’d recommend changing the living room table. That’s all thank you for the storm update and for letting stay at your place.

Thank you for your nice review. The living room table has been taken care of by the current guest. They broke the glass and wanted to replace (it has been broken prior) and I requested they please replace with acrylic so it would be safer for children. We have also ordered acrylic for the side table that a previous guest broke - we are all about having a safe environment for your beach vacation!
