This charming, intimate one bedroom, one bathroom, first floor condo already has a major perk…you can walk right off your balcony into the community pool. How’s that for relaxing? Nearby, just across Scenic 98 are the sugar white sand beaches you so desperately want to sink into. By all means, go for it!

Inside of the condo, you’ll find the theme is beachy and the space is maximized. The master bedroom is outfitted with a new king bed and a new bathroom vanity. The unit also has hall bunks outfitted with televisions over each bed and the sofa pulls out into a sleeper bed, allowing as many as six guests to stay in the condo at once.

The condo’s kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar, granite countertops, and all of the appliances you need for whipping up meals and keeping things fresh. The condo has a full laundry for your convenience (this is especially helpful if you have children!).

Outside of the condo’s comforts, enjoy the community’s grill and heated pool. Indulge in the immediate access to the sugar white sand beaches as well. Don’t forget to take advantage of all of the shopping, dining, entertainment, and recreation to be had in Destin, Florida. Life is good, but it’s also short…so get out there and have a great time!

Grand Caribbean West is a condo community located in Destin’s Crystal Beach. It’s the perfect getaway for families and cozy couples! Each of the units is intimate but with plenty of space and lots to do! The beach-facing Grand Caribbean West community accommodates guests with lovely amenities such as the gated community pool with seating and lounge furniture and the outdoor shower. Located off Scenic 98, this lovely condo is near lots of delicious local fare such as Pompano Joe’s and other fine establishments. You’re just a short jaunt away from shopping the Destin Commons or playing at The Village Baytowne Wharf.

This condo unit is also near some of the best Destin community amenities such as world-class golf and tennis.
