Nice and quiet private room, centrally located

Located in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to Downtown San Jose, grocery stores, freeways, walking distance from Penetencia Creek Park and driving distance from Alum Rock Park. You will have access to the second level of the house with a common area which includes a microwave, coffee maker, and prepackaged snacks. You will be sharing the house with my parents and 2 senior dogs occupying the first floor space. Your private room is located on the 2nd floor and you will be sharing the 2nd floor bathroom with a quiet permanent tenant who has their own private room.

The private bedroom has it's own entrance with a lock and key, as well as a queen sized bed, closet, and a desk. There is a common area which includes a microwave, coffee maker, and prepackaged snacks (varies: assorted chips/crackers, cookies, granola bars, and chocolate bars).

In addition to your room, feel free to make yourself at home at the common area. Please be mindful when sharing the bathroom with the other guest. Please let me know if you need anything.

Surveillance is self managed with high resolution cameras that are motion activated. Please leave the key on the door upon checking out. There is be a $20 charge of key is lost. Thanks.

20 minute drive to Santana Row & Valley Fair Shopping. 15 minute drive to San Jose International Airport, In n Out Burger, and Downtown San Jose. 5 minute drive to Target, Walgreens, Safeway, CVS, and restaurants.

There is one designated driveway parking spot that is right next to the lawn which is first come/first serve. There is also plenty of street parking, which will never be an issue.
