Just fine but suggestion is that the bed is a little uncomfortable I sleep ok but it's too soft.

Clean. Awkward because there are 4 bedrooms inside the house all being rented. Bathroom and kitchen are shared. I was able to park in the driveway. Seems like mostly street parking.

Property was clean and well kept. setup of room is very convenient. Property manger was very helpful and available the whole time.
