Steps to Private Beach

Helen and her family left the place incredibly tidy. I don't know how the property would have survived Hurricane Henri without their proactive care. They spent a lot of time tidying and securing all the outdoor furniture and even folded the gazebo removable roof, afterwards they dedicated time to arrange and put all items back. Garbage was properly disposed of and everything was left in clean condition. Helen was very communicative and brought to our attention the most useful tips and observations a host needs to know. They were the perfect guests and I’d recommend them to any host- they deserve above 10 on a scale from 1 to 10 for good vacationers.

Homeowners, you will be extremely lucky if Helen and her family chose to stay at your rental. They booked our house for 3 weeks but after their stay the house looked like they only stopped by for 3 hours. That is how clean they kept the entire place. The electric stove top which shows even the tiniest spot was left impeccable, the Bbq racks and oven almost shiny. The fridge - not even a residual crumb. Dryer filter - as clean as new, and the list of excellency goes on and on. They beat us to the top. I wonder if we would have managed to keep a house that clean if we were renters. Needless to mention that all garbage and recycling were properly disposed of. Helen and family were very easy to deal with and reported to us everything regarding the property. No fuss, no demands, no issues. They raised the "tenants" mark high. We would be happy to rent our house to Helen's family in the future.

Carlo and his family were the dream guests. Initially when Carlo booked the family vacation, he mentioned that they will treat the rented property with respect. And they did take care ABOVE and BEYOND! During their stay there was severe weather - a named hurricane. Without being asked, they proactively put away all the items around the property and deck that could have been damaged. They topped expectations for vacationers who care about the rental space. They were a step ahead of everything that needed to be done. Initially we had concerns about renting our home for two weeks and hoped not to find the place upside down. Carlo's family stayed at our house for 15 days but they had a small footprint usage, meaning that they were neat and maintained the space very clean. They disposed of garbage and recycling properly. It felt like having vacationers in our home, who were at the same time trustful keepers of the premises. We will be happy to rent our home to Carlo and his family in the future.

Katy and her party were considerate and maintained the house in a clean condition. This was our first rental for this property and we were lucky that we rented it out to responsible and honest people. They even went a step further removing the bed sheets/towels and leaving them in the laundry room when they left. We would be happy to rent our house to them in the future.
