Recuperation

Great place for knee surgery recovery - close to town and Rite-Aid. Backing out of driveway on the busy road is a little hair-raising but doable.

A paradise on the bay

Our time at Susan’s home has been simply divine. So much so that we’ve extended our stay twice now! The house has plenty of room, two downstairs bedrooms one with two beds and another with an en suite bathroom (which is beautiful). Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with the most amazing view of the bay. At night there’s nothing more amazing than falling asleep to the sound of the waves and wind. In the morning watching the sunrise makes the rest of your day. Our favorite part of the house is the living/dining room area. The large windows give the feel of living in a painting that is constantly changing. The view is priceless. We love watching the swans go by and seeing the birds fish. There is a large deck and two yards, plus your own private beach. The house is tastefully furnished and has all of the cooking appliances you could need in the renovated kitchen. We spent Christmas here and it was simply perfect. I highly recommend this house, it’s close to Southampton and hampton bays with amazing restaurants in both locations. Susan is easy to get in contact with and goes the extra mile to accommodate your needs. We hope to come back next year!

Perfect location for relaxing Hamptons escape

Our family enjoyed an amazing six weeks vacation. With sublime views of Shinnecock Bay, we were awake each morning to watch the beautiful sunrise. The house has a lovely character and charm with fully equipped kitchen. We found the location perfect, with a private beach, 5 minute drive to Hampton Bays shops and easy access to explore the Hamptons, Montauk and North Fork. Susan was very responsive and helpful if we had any queries and the house was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed a magical stay and cannot wait to return for our next vacation.

LOCATION IS FABULOUS, ON THE BEACH , WONDERFUL HOST.

This house is in the perfect place to spend your life time. For the sea, beach lovers, for families, it is the place to be. Sunrise and sunsets are beyond one`s imagination, right in front of the house. Susan is an excellent host always there in responding immediately. Anything we asked , she did it and corrected it. We felt very much home. We spend a lovely Thanksgiving and Christmas time here staying for 2 months while my daughter from Switzerland was with us during the Covid. Nothing would have been better for us than this place to be. The house is large enough that we all worked online from home in our separate rooms. Winter months are extremely nice in Hamptons. We walked on the beach in front of the house when the tide was low, and all the Ocean beaches are only 5 minutes drive away. Stop and Shop brought our food to our door each time we ordered. Also many deliveries to the door as well. Susan`s home has a nice feeling one gets very attached to to it. Even in the winter months, when there was a sun, we ate outside or in the dining room looking at the Shinnecock bay, watching swans. We regret that we will not be in the USA during this summer, otherwise, we could have rented this place during the summer time too.

A truly relaxing piece of paradise in the Hamptons.

Susan is wonderful, from my first communication with her, to throughout our stay. She is extremely responsive, accommodating, generous, and kind. Susan's home is amazing and we are so grateful to her for sharing it and to have been able to experience the tranquility provided by the home and its location. The home has everything you need for a short or long-term stay. The location is remarkable, with constant water views from almost every window. Located directly on the water with your own private beach, we spent almost every day on the water paddle boarding or kayaking. The home is located in a very convenient location to travel from NYC and ideal to drive to other locations and villages in the Hamptons. There are great restaurants and a seafood market very close, and the village of Southhampton is a short drive away. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay or hostess!

this was a fabulous find

I rented this beach house for a women's getaway and we couldn't have been more pleased. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, the livingroom has a lovely view of the bay as do two decks. We explored the little towns on the island & rode the train to NYC. Susan was always helpful & answered all our questions in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this property for your visit to Hampton Bays.

Lovely...

Lovely host...lovely home...lovely view...lovely town. Susan communicated brilliantly from start to finish. Their home is beautifully designed. Everything just works. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh........

When you look up the word, Tranquil, this is what you'll find: free from disturbance; calm.peaceful, calming, still, serene, placid, restful, quiet, relaxing. Well you get the picture!!! Those are some of the words my family and I used over and over again during our stay in this charming beach house!! Very well maintained home. The owner, Susan is very easy to deal with, and very helpful. We enjoyed 2 weeks here last summer watching the stars, and listening to the waves hit the shore in the backyard. Convenient to the highway, and easy to get to many 'touristy' landmarks. When you need to recharge your batteries, or just unwind and reconnect to your family, this is the property for you! We are looking forward to our next visit.
