Initially it was difficult paying the required security deposit and just goes down hill from there. We checked in to a filthy and damaged apartment which included extensive mold in the bathroom and the ceiling falling in from extensive water damage in the kitchen. If I could post photos I would. We contacted the company and they came out to “clean” the mold but only painted over it and called the problem fixed. With in 24 hours the mold was bleeding back through the paint. They never even address the ceiling bubbling and possible mold in that area. Dangerous situation all the way around. In addition, one of the recessed lights popped out from the water damage to the kitchen ceiling and they left it hanging there while another was not working. They charge a lot for this place and it was a disaster. We asked for a partial refund and they refused. Can’t trust them to make the situation right and they did not care if I posted a bad review or contacted VRBO. Only in it for the money and not good people to deal with. On the apartment side, there were no headboards for the beds and the apartment was set up like a collage dorm.. Bad experience all around.
