Perfect for a summer vacation with family or friends. Features: 3BR, private parking, recently renovated kitchen, raised deck with patio furniture, propane grill, washer and dryer, indoor/outdoor showers (great for after the beach!). Nearby: great restaurants, bars, shopping, tennis, playground, mini golf, go carts.

We arrived to a very clean home, ready for us. We had a blast. It was private and quiet. Everything we need was located near by and easy to get to. Thank you for a wonderful experience. This was a present to my friend for her birthday and she loved it!!

Centrally located with wonderful landscaping that affords privacy. House floor plan well laid out with kitchen, dining and living room as you enter and bedrooms at back of house. Deck with outside seating and shower. House provide amenities needed during visit; as well as, stores, restaurants and recreation close by ....

We were very happy to rent a pet friendly place so my friends could bring their dog. The location was great being so close to the bike path and the beach. One of the couches in the living room needs to be replaced. It should be obvious which one! Also some directions with a picture about how to get the indoor shower to work would be helpful. Marking the faucet where it needs to be lifted to make the water come out of the shower head would also be a help. Thanks for considering these suggestions. Also one of the plastic mixing / serving bowls was cracked and broken at the bottom. Otherwise as I indicated with the stars it was overall a good place to stay. Thanks!

Great family stay!

We rented several of the properties for a week-long vacation with extended family and had a wonderful time! The shared lawn with games and picnic tables was amazing, and the houses were very comfortable and clean - outdoor showers were a favorite for everyone (kids and adults alike)! Easy drive or walk to many beaches - would definitely recommend!

Great long weekend!

House was very clean and well stocked. We stayed for three nights and this was a great location for us! We loved Narraganset Beach, taking ferry to Block Island for a day and touring mansions and Cliff Walk at Newport. Would recommend this house:).

Great stay!

The house was great and was perfect for our girls weekend. The outdoor shower was amazing and the house had everything we needed. The only note is that the beds are super firm so if I were to stay for longer than 2 nights I would have needed to get a mattress pad for some comfort.

Not the most Comfortable

When you first walk in the smell of Must and mold hits your nose. We found quite a leak under the sink which would be part if the Musty/Mold Smell. The AC filters are quite dirty. Couches were very uncomfortable along with he kitchen chairs. Bathroom is super small and a bit outdated. All beds had Polyester sheets and bedding which make you sweat. Outside shower was Amazing, best feature of the property. Location is great as you are close to shopping, restaurants, beaches. If you are looking for comfort and amenities this is not the place, this has the bare bones..

Great location

We had a terrific time and enjoyed the location close enough to walk to the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff was always friendly and Courteous when we ran into them. The first bedroom’s bed was sunken in the middle. My 8 year old didn’t mind It but was difficult for a grown up to stay in. The kitchen had all the amenities and we were thankful for the A/C as the week we were there was super hot and humid all week!
