This is a special property. Gorgeous house with amazing views. The host, Alexander, was extremely responsive and helpful in setting up tours (most will pick you up at the house). Some of our favorites were Catamaran cruise, zip lining, and Villa Vanilla (organic spice farm - sounds like it would be boring, but it was surprisingly interesting and interactive including pastries, ice cream, and drinks made using their spices). Our favorite past time was watching the monkeys play in the pool everyday. They came every morning and evening. We planned our excursions around those times. They have a cabinet to lock up your food. We forgot one day and they got into our Oreo's. We saw at least 3 sloths, multiple Macaws, Toucans, and the nightly Kinkajou. We were actually disappointed in our tour of Manuel Antonio park because we saw many more animals at the house. Our 2 favorite restaurants were Retaurante Ronny's (go there for sunset - great view - get reservations) and Rafaeles Las Terrazas (amazing 180 degree view of the ocean). El Wagon had great wood fired pizzas and they deliver to the house even during a rain storm. Runaway at the Marina in Quepos also had amazing sunset views. Be aware that one of the queen bedrooms is a loft bed. You have to climb up a spiral staircase to get to the bed. And the bed is tight against the wall so one person has to climb over the other when getting out. Not a good room for elderly (especially if they get up a lot in the middle of the night).
