The accommodation:

Entirely renovated by an architect, this house is on the ground floor and overlooks the garden. It is composed of a beautiful main living room and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your short, medium or longer stays, 1 wc with water point, and access to the garage and laundry room (consisting of a washing machine and a dryer).

The very comfortable and modern furniture will make you feel at home very quickly.
Television with Netflix subscription and a good internet connection.

Outside, a garden with a terrace and its furniture welcomes outdoor breaks or family aperitifs.

On the first floor, a Coworking style space on the landing adjoins two bedrooms: master suites, each with a queen size bed, a dressing room with wardrobe and wardrobe and a shower room with double sinks.
A separate WC completes this first floor.

On the second floor: 3 new bedrooms, each with a queen size bed 160*200, complete dressing room. One of them also has a desk.

The large bathroom is shared and has a bath and shower as well as a double vanity unit.
A separate toilet also completes this level.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

You are only 10 minutes' walk from the Colombier district and its many shops and the Charles de Gaulle esplanade (cinema, concert, museum), 15 minutes from the historic centre where you can choose from a wide range of places to go out: café terraces, restaurants, the Opera or Theatre... Every day the central market, the "Criée" on the Boulevard de la Liberté, then every Saturday morning, the "Marché des Lices", a real institution in Rennes, which welcomes local producers as well as numerous craftsmen and women.

For nature lovers, just a few steps away from La Maison Elleviou, the square Villeneuve welcomes you. In the heart of the town, the Parc du Thabor, the Parc des Tanneurs and, further north, the Parc des Gayeulles and the meadows of the Saint-Martin canal offer vast green spaces ideal for family relaxation, sports and outdoor activities.

A few steps from the house several bus lines will allow you to reach the town centre or the swimming pool of Bréquigny.
