La Villa L'oranger - Spacieuse et Magnifique villa au cœur de la Provence Verte

This charming 240 m² villa, located just 5 minutes by car from the center of Lorgues village with all its amenities, offers a stunning view of the Massif des Maures from its terrace on the upper level.
The villa is nestled on a 4400 m² wooded plot with pine trees, oaks, and olive trees, in a peaceful residential area with no direct neighbors. You can fully enjoy its green surroundings and the pool (12x5.5m, depth: 1.5-1.8m) with a small beach area where children can stand.
Its prime location allows you to explore many treasures of the region, situated between the sea (Sainte Maxime 45 minutes away, St. Tropez and Cannes 1 hour) and lakes (Sainte Croix du Verdon 45 minutes, Lake of Saint Cassien 1h10).

The villa is spread over two floors.
On the first floor: an entrance, a separate toilet, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (toilet, bathtub, shower), two bedrooms, and a bathroom (shower, toilet); a large kitchen open to a small living room with a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with all modern comforts. A large living room with a sofa and dining table leads to a beautiful terrace, equipped with electric sunshades, with a view to the south. There is a large dining table for 10 and a garden seating area. From this large living room, a staircase leads to the garden level.
The second level opens onto two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink, directly opening onto a large terrace with access to the pool.
This garden level also includes a small air-conditioned studio*, with a small shower room. There is also an additional refrigerator and a washing machine.
*The villa has 5 bedrooms and accommodates 10 people. There is the possibility of an additional spacious bed/sofa in this studio (see photo) for an extra fee.

For your comfort, you will also find sun loungers, umbrellas, and a covered pergola with plenty of seating for a dining area with a barbecue.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and mosquito nets.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Parties with noise disturbances are prohibited.
