Oh my goodness! The view of the Gulf of Mexico is amazing! This unit has been recently updated and is stocked with everything you need to have a spectacular vacation, including all the beach essentials like Beach Towels, chairs, sand toys, and plasticware. It also boasts a COFFEE BAR! This Beautiful Beachfront Family Friendly condo is located in the heart of Gulf Shores and close to everything, including Orange Beach and Fort Morgan. There's also a grocery/convenience store, ice cream parlor, seafood market and restaurant right across the street. Sunchase boasts a HEATED pool/hot tub and picnic/grilling area. And did I mention the AAAMAZING Gulf front view. Walk, jog, bike or drive a short distance to everything.

Perfect stay

This condo is so nice. Can’t beat the views from for decks and how close it is to the beach. The condo has so many things that come with it along with beach toys and chairs. Sunny beaches was great to deal with!

Best view on the property!

We love this condo. Beautiful view of the beach and sunrise and sunset. The condo had everything we needed during our stay. This is our go-to when vacationing in Gulf Shores. It is conveniently located. Just steps from Waves, a convenient store that is well stocked and a wonderful restaurant, The Beach House. The property is quiet and relaxing with a lovely pool and hot tub! We can’t wait to return!

Perfect beach location

Lovely home to relax by the ocean. Loved the front row view and porch that allowed us to enjoy the beach even when not on the beach!

Sand, Sun and Serenity

We absolutely loved this property! Very well kept and the beds was the most amazing. The veiw is spectacular! And when we spoke to the owner she was so kind, this is the type of hospitality that keeps guest coming back!

I'm sorry you felt I needed just 4 stars because it was your opinion the bed was too soft. I have several reviews that everyone loves that bed and has asked where I got it and what brand it is. I guess everyone is different and has their own opinion, and I am truly sorry it did not meet with your expectations. I will check it out next time I can actually stay in the condo. It stays booked.

Beautiful view

The condo was very clean and exactly like the pictures. The parking situation wasn’t the best. I wouldn’t recommend bringing more than one vehicle as the visitor spots stayed full. The balcony is shared with anyone so it is not a private one. The view was absolutely incredible though and we really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful place

We stayed here August 16th-21st. When I was walked in I couldn’t believe how she had Everything down to beach towels. Everything was so clean and perfect. I love how she loves to stay connected to her guest. I know we will be back! Thank you Mrs. Patti for allowing us to be there and blessing us with your home! We will be back!

Everything you need!!

This unit is on the top floor with unobstructed views of the gulf! We enjoyed seeing dolphins daily and watching the amazing sunsets all from our living room and patio. The owner has thought of everything you will need in order to enjoy your vacation. The whole unit is well organized and the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware, dishware and gadgets that you would need in order to cook at home. We've been to G.S many times and it was the cleanest most organized unit we have ever stayed in.
