SANARY - DOWNTOWN - Comfortable and modern apartment of 65 msqm for 6 people with terrace, in a secure residence located in downtown Sanary, within walking distance of all amenities.
The apartment has a living room opening onto a terrace with outdoor table and chairs for dining, a fully equipped open kitchen. A first bedroom with double bed (160cm) and a second bedroom with pull-out beds (2x80cm). A bathroom with double sink and bathtub. Independent WC.
Built in 2016, the building and the apartment meet PMR standards and have an elevator.
New and modern apartment. Quiet residence, private double parking space.

Deposit of 500 €
Application fees in addition 48 €
Sheets / 2 towels rental (24 € per person) End-of-stay household in addition (80 euros ttc) mandatory. Household carried out according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health following the Covid-19 crisis.

Séjour reposant

Emplacement idéal, l'équipe de l'agence est extrêmement sympathique et discrète. À seulement 2 pas de la plage et du centre-ville, on peut tout faire à pied, si on le souhaite. Lors de la prise en charge, tout était très propre, avec un mobilier confortable, garage privé.

Séjour agréable malgré le chantier sur la promenade

Appartement très bien meublé, trouvé très propre. Avantages: le village est accessible à pied, parking disponible. Personnel très sympathique à l’agence. Malheureusement, le séjour a été gâché par un énorme chantier sur la promenade.

Très bien placé ,agréable , ensoleillé

Sanary est une tres belle ville , tranquille, toujours soleil et Chaud.les commerçants sont tous sympathiques, souriants l’appartement est très agréable, plein soleil , petit dej sur la terrasse est un bonheur même Si la vue n’est pas de voir l’eau, on y apprécie le cadre. Vous descendez et en 2 mn, vous êtes sur le port et tout ses commerces. Pour notre part , nous faisons vacances av zéro voiture ! Il est tres bien sécurisé et les habitants sont tous respectueux !Le Seul bémol, étant en fauteuil l’accès à la terrasse n’est pas possible sans que mon mari m’aide. il y a le rebord de la baie vitrée qui fait à Peu près 12 cm , donc impossible . Et manque une clim .! Sinon rien a dire . Ces 2 petites choses ne nous ont pas empêché de passer un super séjour pour la 3 eme fois a sanary et ne sera sans doute pas le dernier . Dernier

Appartement très agréable ensoleillé

Tres bien placé au niveau du centre ville , commerces et plages ,pour les PMR (paraplégies), difficultés pour accéder au balcon ( encadrement de la baie vitrée à une hauteur de + de 10cm et la Porte du frigo qui s’ouvre du mauvais côté. Sinon balcon très ensoleillé
