Across the street from a gorgeous beach and a lush lagoon setting, this stylish 2BR/2BA Seascape Village condo is an ideal tropical retreat. Delight in fun-filled days splashing in the two saltwater pools at the complex or stroll across the street to play in the sand and surf.

You're blocks from Coligny Plaza the heartbeat of the island with dozens of great restaurants, entertainment , shops and grocery store.

With a prime location across the street from a gorgeous beach and a lush lagoon setting, this stylish 2BR/2BA Seascape Village condo is an ideal tropical retreat. Delight in fun-filled days splashing in the two saltwater pools at the complex, or stroll across the street to play in the sand and surf. Enjoy easy access to tennis, championship golf, and a selection of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Unwind into vacation mode in the open living area, complete with new furniture. Gather for favorite shows around the 50" smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, equipped with a double basin sink and a full suite of helpful appliances.

When it’s time to eat, convene around the dining table with seating for six.

BED & BATH

This two-story condo sleeps six guests comfortably.

Find comfort in the master suite, featuring a king bed, large closet, and flat-screen TV. The en-suite master bathroom is configured with walk in shower.

Sleep soundly in the guest bedroom, outfitted with a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed.

Beach buggy, wagon , umbrella and misc toys available for guests use.

Seascape has private cabana located on the beach with restrooms and changing area for guests use. You'll be provided a code and location at check in to access during your stay.

Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.

We really enjoyed our stay, watching all the wild life around the house was great and with just a short walk to the beach and pool it couldn’t get much easier.

The condo was immaculate and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Gas grill on back deck eas a great asset to the place. It is a bit of a walk to the beach and the parking was slightly limited.

Great walking path to the beach. Beach chairs and wagon was provided. Walking distance to Coligny. Steve was prompt with response. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was very clean. Living room furniture looked new and the beds were very comfortable. We didn’t cook during our stay but we definitely could have with the well stocked kitchen. Only kitchen appliance we used was the coffee maker and it worked well. All of the kitchen appliances as well as the washer and dryer looked new. The property was beautiful. Enjoyed morning walks and watching the wildlife. There seems to be lot of mosquitoes so make sure to bring spray! Villa was an easy walk to the beach and also located close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay at this property and villa again.

We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our time! The beach access can be tricky as there is not a welcome sheet with beach info/map and restaurant recommendations or things to do. You’ll want to go right out of the parking lot and stay in the walking path to find the public beach access. It’s a 5-10 min walk. Things to keep in mind: the property provides very little in the way of basics. There were 2 dish pods, 2 trash bags and 1 washing detergent. The toilet paper is awful! No beach towels. Beach wagon and chairs are provided. Beds are comfy! King bed is firm. There is no bathroom on the main level, just upstairs. If you have mobility issues, I don’t think this condo is a good choice with the stairs to access bathrooms and bedrooms.

The condo was very clean and well stocked with towels, toiletries, and dishes. While the pool was cold this time of year, it was a short walk and clean. The condo is quiet and felt private since it is almost the last one in the row. The complex was nice and quiet as well. We would be happy to stay here again!

This condo was good for a long weekend trip. The unit was clean and comfortable. Maybe I didn’t read the details thoroughly but it was definitely further from the beach than I thought when I booked it. The management is responsive should you have any questions or concerns.

Very private. Its a beautiful condo. The parking is tight and the complex is hard to back out of. I did want to note that the dishwasher came out of the countertop? The whole encasement was out. We absolutely loved the space and plan on coming back!

Spring break

Apartment is really nice. The beach is about 600 méter walk, very convienent. It is off season, I.e. Water is cold and outdoor pool not really maintained, but it was expected. The Island is really nice.

The house was very clean and had everything needed. The ante was fine. Our only concern was the outside deck needed cleaning and a new table is needed. Porches need work. We could not sit outside in the mornings.

Happy with our stay

Beautiful neighborhood. It could be difficult if it was peak time for parking. All to be expected from a 50 year old building. Nicely set up with all the amenities you would need. Was a pleasant long walk to beach, but on sight wagon made it great.

Comments about property.

Overall the property was fine. The staircase was winding, very small, and potentially dangerous. The patio door didn’t open and close easily and we were not able to enjoy that area. We did enjoy the location and the beach access was easy to find.

Golf, fishing, zip lining, biking, water sports, mini golf, live entertainment the activities are endless.
