The condo is in a wonderful location on the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. The updated kitchen, living area, and bathrooms were beautiful and clean. The owner had excellent communication with me throughout my entire rental experience. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful Hilton Head vacation.

Property was on the beach with a sun deck and lounge chairs further from the beach for free…chairs and umbrellas available for rent on the beach as well as chairs available in the unit. Coligny Plaza easy walk as well. Only down size was the couch as it wasn’t as comfy as it looked. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Luke responded to messages quickly. All in all great location great time

Luke was a great host! We appreciated the communication and timing of check in and check out. The condo was updated recently, clean, and perfect location for walking everywhere. We could easily walk to the beach and into town. The balcony furniture outside was comfortable for enjoying the ocean view.

Room overlooking the parking lot. The unit was clean. They have beach chairs and beach towels for our use but we didn’t use them. The location was excellent, by the beach, easy walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Wonderful Stay

This is a very nice, updated condo. Easy access, plenty of parking. Beds are comfortable, view is amazing and a short walk to the beach. Only a 15 minute walk to Coligny either by walking path or beach. We would definitely stay here again.
