Conveniently located one block from Trax taking you directly to the Salt Palace Convention Center, Vivint, City Creek with connections to the Airport. This quaint Victorian duplex style cottage is located on a quiet dead-end street with a hot tub and conversation area in the fenced back for your use only.

You have all that you see in the interior and exterior pictures for your exclusive use. The hot tub and yard is for your use only. Nothing is shared.

Yes! The hot tub is available for your use during your stay and maintained daily! Please see this copy and paste from the cdc.gov website:

“There is no evidence that the virus that causes COVID-19 can be spread to people through the water in pools, hot tubs, spas, or water play areas. Proper operation and maintenance (including disinfection with chlorine and bromine) of these facilities should inactivate the virus in the water.”

Only one parking spot available on property for your use. There is no additional guest parking on this small and private street. If your vehicle is longer than 16 feet it will stick out into the street and will need to be parked on the main road outside the street.

$25 nightly pet fee for each pet. Pet must be disclosed when booking and pet fee paid prior to check in.

Please pick up your pet droppings immediately. It is not allowed to leave pets alone in the backyard when you are not on the premise.

Hot tub maintenance personal will be servicing the hot tubs daily between the hours of 9 am-3 pm. Please make sure there are no pets left unattended in the backyard.

During the grass growing season the lawn gets mowed at least once a week. We cannot guarantee which date as it depends on precipitation and the landscape maintenance schedule. Hot tub maintenance personnel will also enter the backyard to service the hot tubs. Please do not leave your pet unattended or off leash at anytime during 8:30 am-3 pm in the backyard.
