A queen size 12" memory foam mattress promises a restful night, and a full sized air mattress adds flexibility for an extra guest. The open layout keeps the sleeping area feeling spacious while maintaining privacy.



Living & entertainment

A comfortable sofa faces a TV, offering a simple spot to unwind with a show or a book. Wood floors run throughout, adding warmth to every step. The building provides shared gym access and a pool table, perfect for staying active or enjoying a game on cooler evenings.



Kitchen & dining

A compact kitchen supplies everything needed for everyday cooking and casual meals. You’ll find a stovetop, microwave, fridge, and basic cookware, all arranged to fit naturally within the studio’s flow.



Work & connectivity
