1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with walk-in shower,  Washer/Dryer, Sleeps 5

Bedroom - King, Common Space - Sleeper sofa, Bunk Bed



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).



Minimum age to book is 18+



Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays)



This cozy condo is ready to welcome you to the Florida sunshine. Enjoy a view of the shared pool from your furnished private balcony - you'll be able to enjoy access to that pool throughout your stay! Inside, guests can relax and cool off in central air conditioning. A charming kitchen (complete with a breakfast bar) is fully equipped for all your vacation cooking projects. Private beach access through the pool deck means you'll have a direct path to the sun and surf whenever you're ready to slip away.



Besides the beautiful beach being steps away, this condo is in a prime location to enjoy everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Head just under two miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Hop on a ferry to the famous Shell Island! Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals and is approximately 1 mile away. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (3 miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. Check out Pier Park, with its huge variety of shops and restaurants, a short 15-minute drive away! The Sky Wheel Panama City Beach offers fantastic views of the Gulf to guests brave enough to board.

We had a great stay. Will def be back. Only thing is, the half bath is just a sink in the bedroom, no extra toilette. The all in one washer and dryer was fantastic!

The property was clean and neat and had everything as advertised. The view and balcony was amazing! The onside tiki bar and burger shack were open late and very good! Just a tip, the pina coladas are cheaper and bigger at the burger shack! The only issue we had was the washer/dryer didnt work..we contacted the host and they sent 2 repair guys to try and fix it so we had to use the on-site laundry.other than that it was perfect. Great location and access to everything to want!

Good stay nice room and amenities. Elevators were horrible guests should be notified of alternates on left and the right everybody flocks to the middle two until the last two days we didn’t know they existed and 8 flights of stairs in 100 degrees can be too much

Overall:4/5Clean:4/5Pricing:5/5 View:5/5Booked as a few day get away with kids after recent cancer diagnosis.Felt mislead as it says 1.5 bath. However when we arrived it is a 1 bath and a small seperate sink between the bedroom/bathroom, rather than a toilet/sink combo.

Beach trip

The room was very clean and spacious! Great location. We will definitely be back! Only downside was the listing said 1.5 bath so I was expecting a half bath (sink and toilet) but the bedroom only had the sink, sharing one toilet that was in the bathroom with the only shower was interesting but manageable.

Someone tried to break in the door but management let me know if was a maintenance man with the wrong unit but it was pretty scary
