Tiny home. We call it the Blueberry! Private country setting in the beautiful town of Swansboro, close to the beaches. 8.4 miles from Emerald Isle beaches. Downtown Swansboro is only 3 miles away where there are quaint little shops, restaurants and bars. Located 4 miles to the boat ramp and plenty of room for any size boat on the property. The blueberry is located on on our property with 2 other tiny homes. Very private. Please park in front of the blueberry guest parking sign on the right of rental.*

Adorable place to stay!

This little house was in the perfect location to the beach. Very cute house and the area is nice and quiet. Highly recommend! The owner was also very responsive. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Baseball and Beach

The tiny house was perfect for us as we were there to watch our grandson play baseball in the Allstar tournament. Sanders Park was very close by. Decorated beautifully, very clean and stocked with everything you need! Great place to stay!

Cozy and Comfortable

The house itself was lovely and exactly as advertised. It was well appointed and well stocked. Only downside was it was advertised as being on 8 acres, but it is actually close to the road and sharing the lot with other homes.

Getaway

Perfect setup for my wife & me for the week to relax, plus have easy access to Swansboro shops/restaurants and Emerald Isle. Quiet and extremely private. Owner was quick to respond, very helpful, and gracious. Everything was provided that we needed and the place looks great inside. A much needed getaway.

Great little place. The owners are very accommodating, let us borrow some of their beach stuff. They also checked in on us. Place was very clean and very well decorated. My only advice is maybe an update on the mattress(im spoiled with my home one) and maybe some better cable options. I like to watch local weather

Tiny Home Retreat

Blueberry Cottage is a wonderful getaway gem. If you are looking to be near the beach but not at the beach, this quiet cottage nestled on a country farm is the place to stay. The blue & white palette with grounding warm brown & tan furnishings was tranquil & smoothing. Close enough to Swansboro & the Crystal Coast that there is a myriad of activities, restaurants, & shopping to be enjoyed. If you are Interested in tiny home living, Blueberry Cottage or Mullet Manor are a great way to test the waters & get some great decorating ideas. Loved my stay & will be back!

Cutest Lil Tiny Home

The Blueberry is adorable. Everything you need is there. The property has 2 other tiny homes; plus an empty small home. You aren't spread out over acres of land. This wasn't an issue at all, just want to give a description of what it was. You are within minutes of Swansboro and can be downtown in 6 minutes. Walmart is 3 minutes away. The Blueberry is peaceful, quaint, gorgeous sunsets! We would stay here again. It was the perfect little weekend getaway from my husband and I.

Perfect quiet getaway

My stay at The Blueberry was exactly what I needed: in a woodsy setting where all I heard was the cicadas, but less than a 5 minute trip to downtown Swansboro, a quaint waterfront town with cute shops and restaurants and about 10 minutes from the beach at Emerald Isle. It was perfect. The property owners were friendly and responsive with a minor repair on thei property. I will definitely be back!

A beautiful place to stay

I want to thank you for allowing us to spend the weekend at the Blueberry. The weather was fantastic We thought the attention to detail was amazing. The room was clean and had all the small things you would need to make a trip enjoyable. We found the bed area, bathroom and counters were spacious and colorful. The Blueberry was close enough to restaurants and the beach to avoid crowds. We will recommend this to anyone who wants the peace and quiet with the comforts of home.

Blue perfection!

The blueberry is like stepping into an HGTV show. Every design and detail was just perfect down to the jar of makeup wipes in the bathroom! This place is ideal for a weekend getaway, close to downtown with adorable & yummy restaurants!
