Within walking distance to a small park with park bench and some vending machines (north of the property, closer to the gas station and entrance road)



📝 Notes

No Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the property will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Outdoor smoking is permitted.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed except for certified service/guide animals with proper documentation. Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 cleaning fee.

Garbage Collection: Garbage day is Wednesday. If your stay includes a Wednesday, please place bins at the curb the night before.

Grill Safety: Please move the propane grill away from the wall before use to prevent damage.

Sandy Feet: Use the outdoor hose at the entry to rinse off sand before entering.

Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of neighbors, especially during evening hours.

Parking: Park in the driveway or on the curb across the street. There may be some extra visitor spots available in the community.

WiFi: Network name and password will be provided in your check-in message.

Local Emergency: In case of emergency, dial 911. Non-emergency contact info will be provided at check-in.
