Awesome views from multiple decks facing the ocean and beach, as well as one on the sunset side facing the salt-grass wetlands. Newly upgraded 300+ square foot deck facing the ocean!. Shaded parking underneath the building. Easy access to local shopping and entertainment. Walk right onto the sand, cruise on a short drive around the island or down scenic Bluewater Hwy or rent a golf cart and take it open-air on the dedicated golf cart path nearby.

Beach Fun

Older building but condo was adorable. It had great access to the beach. They also went above with helping you have everything you needed for the first couple of days ( extra toilet paper, soap, trash bags, etc.) We will definitely be booking this condo again.

Nice getaway

A nice place right on the beach. Comfy beds and a great kitchen. Close to restaurants. Only disappointment was the weather, but what can you do?

Great location and view

Location and view where excellent they had everything you need from towels too all the kitchen needs. The place was very dusty which that has to do with the cleaning crew they may have they need to keep up with that. Overall the place its amazing.

Perfect Family Beach Trip

We could not have asked for a better location. Our family wanted to take a quick trip together, all six of us, before my oldest goes away to college. This property was perfect for us. It allowed us to all be together, comfortably. The home is located just steps from the beach. It was so convenient, and so perfect. Surfside is such a charming town. The property owner was so helpful, and accommodating. He Quickly responded to all of my messages, while planning the trip. I loved the four days that we spent there, and I'm daydreaming about coming back.

This property was perfect for the vacation we needed. Situated just behind the dunes, the balcony views were perfect. Check-in and out instructions were simple and clarification on one item was provided instantly. Kitchen had all we needed except a baking sheet. We stayed Weds-Sun and only dealt with a crowded beach on Sat night. Not to shabby at all. We would definitely stay here again.
