Crystal Sands 310B is newly updated with warm colors and a welcoming feel.

After a relaxing day at the beach, enjoy watching your favorite show on the large TVs in the living area and bedroom.

You'll have the benefit of a stackable washer/dryer, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for meal preparation. There is brand-new furniture in the dining and living areas, and the beds have new mattresses and bedding. Both bathrooms feature contemporary fixtures, and the guest bathroom has a walk-in closet.

Beach service is included from May to October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Magical

It was the first time trip for my great niece and nephew and the location just made their experience more magical. The place was clean and accommodating for our family and the pool was accessible and kid friendly at all times which is always a plus. I would highly recommend it to anyone but ESPECIALLY families traveling with kids.

Great location however needs a good cleaning

We loved the location, however the condo needs a really good deep clean. Needs new furniture or needs to be cleaned.

Pristine View and Stay, it Exceeded Our Expectations

Everything about the condo itself was great. Spectacular view, Peacefull, quietest condo I've ever been in, obviously well built, perfect layout and decorated nicely. The grounds could have been a little better maintained, unfortunately the elevator didn't work an entire day, but the walkway to the beach was superb. Couldn't have had a nicer beach and isn't that why we all go to Destin? Definitely, our new place to return!

Beautiful condo

The condo was very nice, just as pictured. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Kitchen utensils galore, laundry and dryer with laundry baskets, I was surprised! The 2nd floor loft area with the bed and bunk beds was very convenient. My only complaint will be the pillows, they were a bit hard, small and uncomfortable. Overall a really great beachfront place.

Great trip!

We love how close to the water is the house! The house was clean and in great shape. Plenty of seating for everyone. Great patio which would provide awesome shade during the hotter season.

Nice Place

It’s on a great location, loved the ocean view that was priceless. Restroom door on the main floor was not locking. Didn’t like that there was carpet on the 2nd floor. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay in.

Great stay in Destin

Location was great, Clean property, plenty of towels, overall great stay!! Shower was a little confusing but we figured it out. I will definitely be coming back!! My family loved it!!

We love staying at Crystal Sands!!!

This was our second stay at Crystal Sands, we just love the location and this beach! The beach service is amazing! The bed in the master is hard as a rock! Dryer broke on us after day 3 of a week stay. We called and they sent someone the next day. (Dryer could not be fixed) so we were without a dryer for the rest of our stay. That was so inconvenient, but we managed. Other than that hiccup, everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived!

Overall, excellent place

There wasn't much to complain about. We enjoyed our stay there. Plenty of room. Only complaint was the 745am knock at the door by a man who spoke no English, trying to ask me what time we would be out of the unit.

Beautiful Place Right On The Emerald Beach.

Enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the balcony, spotting dolphins, manta rays and birds passing by made for a extraordinary vacation. Walking the beach collecting shells at low tide provided memories of our stay. Always looking forward to our next vacation in such a beautiful location.

Destin Trip

Great rental, excellent location and oceanfront. Only issues were staff that put beach chairs and umbrellas out were rude and always collected chairs before 5pm. Also beds in unit we very hard.

Perfect location

The condo was perfect for a short get away. Everything is only minutes away and love how you can walk right to the beach from the unit. I will be booking here in the future.

Spacious and comfortable on the beach front great location and view of dolphins every day… negatives are small just not properly clean dust and dirt everywhere need maintenance broken things here and there and day of departure cleaning crew come at 8 to help push you out… but all around 5 stars…THANKS VACASA…
