This second-floor vacation rental at Sundestin Beach Resort has updated decor throughout the unit. The floors in the entryway, kitchen, dining area, bathrooms and living room all have tiled floors. There is a private balcony located off of the living room that offers a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is located right above the indoor pool and also offers a view of the outdoor pool. The unit has one and a half bathrooms that are connected and are accessed through both the bedroom and the hallway. This unit is perfect for your next family get-away.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2024.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
