Convenient Creekside condo with large wrap around balcony, close to everything!

GREAT LOCATION! Why spend time driving up and down the winding mountain roads when you can stay here and still enjoy views of the mountains and listen to the stream from your large wrap around porch. You will be less than one mile to the aquarium and downtown, with a convenient trolley stop across the street. There are multiple restaurants within a short drive, including the popular Alamo; you can even walk to some.

The condo is a fully furnished end unit with a large wrap around semi private balcony located on the fifth floor. The kitchen is nicely equipped and has cherry cabinets with granite countertops. There is a breakfast nook with seating for four and views of the city to enjoy with your morning coffee. Speaking of coffee, there is a coffee bar with two types of coffee makers: a drip coffeemaker to make a pot for everyone and a Keurig for individual cups. There is a supply of K-cups, creamers and sweeteners to get you started.

The living room has a sleeper sofa and two recliners for relaxing. There is a flat screen TV with an Amazon fire stick to let you stream your favorite shows with the available WiFi. Both bedrooms have king beds and flat screen TVs. The master has an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
There is a reserved parking space in the covered parking under the condo with an elevator and luggage carriers. The outdoor pool is open every May-September. We supply starter toliet paper and paper towels. No check in or out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Eve or Day (message for possible exceptions)

The balcony was wonderful, but unfortunatley it was a bit too cold to enjoy it as much as we'd have liked. However, the fireplace was warm and cozy! Rooms were clean and spacious..beds were comfortable. I'd suggest a room darkening blind for the outside light in the 2nd bedroom. Would stay here again! We even saw a bear right next to the parking lot!

The property is just as advertised. The extra large balcony was a great place for our evening card game. The living room furniture is very comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the breakfast nook was perfect for our morning omlet. Walking to town is very doable but make sure you have your walking shoes as it is about a mile and involves an incline. We loved our stay here!

Love the spacious room with many "living" areas. Location, comfort, and ease are excellent. This is our second time here and won't be the last. To help other travelers: When I stay here, I bring extra TP, sugar, can opener, shampoo, and conditioner. Note: There are 5 chairs around the patio table, not 6. The front bedroom has a bright outside hallway light around the window blind which can cause trouble sleeping. Also, be aware of extra VRBO fees and insurance required to pay, which bumps up the cost of staying.

Peaceful Retreat

This property was amazing! We loved listening to the babbling creek on the spacious balcony and the coffee bar was so nice. The kitchen is larger than ours and well stocked. It was quiet except for the occasional sirens on the parkway. Great views from the windows!! Comfortable beds and recliners. Trolley stop across the street in front of the church. The hosts were very nice and answered every question and made us happy we chose this condo.

Amazing Location

This location was excellent! It provides easy access to downtown. The condo was very homie and spacious and was equiped with everything we needed to be able to enjoy our Christmas get away.

Sounds of Roaring Fork

You can't beat the location of this condo. The condo is close to everything but just far enough off the main street of Gatlinburg to be out of all the crowds. Perfect location! The condo was clean and looked like the pictures online. Loved the sound of roaring fork creek right outside. You can sit on the porch and listen to the sound of cascading water. Kim was great and very helpful answering all our questions. Overall, a great place to stay!

Great location

We loved the spaciousness of this condo. The furniture was great and the view was terrific. We had a beautiful yellow tree right next to the balcony. It was close to activities without being in the crowds. I would definitely stay here again.
