Clay & Glenda were very accommodating! Their condo was well equipped, very clean & sooo cozy! The location was perfect with a beautiful view, close to downtown Gatlinburg but away from all the traffic! We definitely recommend the Snoring Bear condo!

The condo was immaculate. The host was professional and always available for any questions or needs. Highly recommend this property. Resident bear made an appearance. The walk down to the Parkway was easy, however, we caught the trolley back up.

We had THE BEST visit. Snoring Bear condo was perfect for my husband and me, and my parents. It's far enough from the crazy of downtown Gatlinburg, but close enough to walk to it. There is also a trolley stop at the foot of the main drive if you don't want to walk.Everything about this trip was awesome. The condo was clean and well stocked. Instructions for using the tv were clear and simple. We got to see the resident bear twice!We have been talking about making this an annual trip and will definitely look to stay here again if we do.Thank you so much for being a part of this amazing trip!

Great property. Clean with all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The only suggestion we have would be for the owners to replace the living room seating. The cushions are all broken down making seating hard and uncomfortable. The recliner won't stay locked into recline position because the mechanism is worn out. Also, wish there was a direct walkway into town, which we realize is out of the control of unit owner. The only way into downtown is to take the street up/down a hill, which can be challenging. We ended up having to drive the 4 blocks into downtown and then having to spend too much money to park everyday. But overall, we had a great stay and got to see bears several mornings from the porch.

Clay was amazing to work with. He was always quick to answer even the smallest questions. Location was great- near the attractions- but far enough away to enjoy some quiet. Bit of an up hill walk back to condo- but very doable. Condo was really nice, very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool did not disappoint! Our kids swam every day.

Family vacation

Grandma and Grandpa rented the Snoring Bear condo and our three kids and five grandkids rented other condos at Holly Ridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Snoring Bear and we all enjoyed staying at Holly Ridge. We walked downtown to shop and eat and thought the location was perfect for our needs.

We stayed at the Snoring Bear condo on East Holly Ridge Road in Gatlinburg, and it was absolutely perfect. It’s a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that felt super comfortable and homey the entire time. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed—towels, toiletries, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, cable, and more.We especially loved the back patio overlooking the pool—such a peaceful spot to relax. The location was convenient but quiet, and the whole space was clean and cozy.We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Gatlinburg. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave!

Great mountain atmosphere.

We loved this condo. We were very impressed they offered some groceries. It was very roomy and had everything we needed. It was a pretty good walk to the parkway. With a stroller it was a little lstrenuous walking back .

Over Due Getaway

Checkin was simple and easy. We arrived ahead of 6-10 inches of snow. As soon as the snowplow cleared the roads we were out and about. The property was easy to find and had an excellent view of Ober Gatlinburg. The fireplace made the condo warm and cozy. We are already planning a return visit. As it was said as we were leaving It doesn't get any better than this. To borrow a quote form Gen Douglas McArthur: We shall return.

We enjoyed our stay at Snoring Bear and will definitely be back. It’s in an ideal location if you want to walk into downtown Gatlinburg. The walk back may be difficult for some as it is up a gradual hill most of the way. The condo itself is stocked with kitchen items to prepare your own meals. The decor is very cozy and we had plenty of room for our family of four ( 2 adults and 2 kids). The host was very accommodating and answered every question very quickly.

This property is in the perfect location. Just minutes from anything you want to walk to but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time. The unit was clean, warm, and cozy. We will definitely book this unit again for our next mountain stay.

Snoring Bear Condo was lovely

The condo was as pictured and had everything we needed. Walkable to town, although uphill on the way back could be rough. But hey, its in the Smoky Mountains.

Perfect Spot!

My 21 year old daughter and i had a fantastic time at this property! It was cozy and super close to town. We loved the area and cant wait to return to Gatlinburg and Snoring Bear!

OR GRAB THE FREE GATLINBURG TROLLY at STOP 45 for a ride! You can download the GATLINBURG TROLLY APP for times and routes! Play a round of putt putt or visit the new pinball museum, get courageous and walk the new 700 foot long glass bottom sky bridge that dangles 150 feet above Gatlinburg! This unit has all new furnishings, new pergo flooring, new paint and appliances, upgraded paints, decor and is very, very peaceful. Close to it all but in the evenings you will enjoy the quiet. Pool deck has chairs during summer around the pool, just below this unit's balcony and creates a romantic atmosphere for travelers. There are only 18 units, many are not rentals, so you will not feel like a number. Seasonal firewood is provided during the winter months.
