This condo provides a picture perfect, gulf front view. The main bedroom has a private bath, and large windows which provides awesome views from the moment you open your eyes! The guest bedroom has two beds and a convenient, hall bathroom. Complete with stackable washer dryer, open living and dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, this condo has all the conveniences of home plus a location that provides views of the white sandy beach, emerald green water, and remarkable sunsets.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo is in a great location on Holiday Isle. The beach access was wonderul. I loved that the pool is shaded in the afternoon. The condo was a decent size for 6 people. The condo could definitely use some TLC but overall we had a nice experience.

Great place to stay

The location of this condo is wonderful. Right on the beach! The condo itself is very nice too. Nice and spacious and updated. There are a few cosmetic issues that could be addressed but over all awesome. We will stay there again!

Great little spot!

This condo is a wonderful landing place for making meals, porch sitting, and resting. The beds were soft, balcony roomy and the waves were just crashing gloriously just outside! Clean and great location.

Overall the unit is great! The location is amazing and the beach access is wonderful. The pool is shaded and that is lovely after a long day in the sun. The unit could use some repairs and a few updates. Lots of little things need to be fixed including the broken master bedroom blinds, the air filter, peeling wallpaper, etc. The washer and dryer are very small. The dryer doesn’t work very well. But pay per load laundry is located on each floor, so not a huge issue. We have been coming to Destin for years and this place was a nice choice for our family.

Ocean lover

Love the location and ocean views -easy access to the pool and beach. This unit needs more kitchen supplies, and cookware only one medium size skillet for cooking, not enough glasses etc. overall a good experience and family fun. We liked having the two double beds in the second bedroom.

Beautiful view

Loved our stay but the dryer does not have a vent to the outside. Which meant that it took me an entire day to dry one load of laundry. The dryer would get so hot the safety mechanism should be triggered and the dryer would shut off every 15 minutes.

Good location, but poor unit quality.

Pros: Location, beach access, ocean view, renovated kitchen Cons: Furniture old and dirty, walls peeling paint/wallpaper, kitchen inadequately stocked for cooking, squeaky beds, overall cleanliness poor. All of this does not show in the photos.

Not as pictured

The picture of this unit were dated as the furnishing are worn out and soiled. The walls behind the toilets have the wallpaper coming off and with mold. Unit is ready for a renovation and remodel!

Unit Review

The unit needs some TLC. Kitchen is beautiful but rest of unit just seems a little run down and neglected. 1. Cable jack in master bedroom hanging out of the wall 2. Drawer in fridge broke 3. A couple of the drawers in the chest of drawers in the master bedroom are broke and fall out when opened 4. Ditto in the vanity in master bath 5. Kitchen utensils sparse (no spatula) 6. Table on balcony broken (only had 3 legs) 7. Clothes dryer takes forever to dry clothes

tv does not work

we called maintenance after much troubleshooting to try to get the living room tv to connect to wifi. staff came out to attempt, unable to connect so we were unable to use streaming services during stay. would like a partial refund for this amenity not being available as advertised

Esta unidad no la recomiendo pero la atención de vacasa si es eficiente

Una unidad muy deficiente en lineas generales. Todo deteriorado roto manchado partido. Ni hablar de los colchones muy incomodos se hundían, nos duele la espalda. El sofa de la sala manchado por todas partes, Antihigienico. Las sillas de la terraza totalmente despegada que puede ocasionar un accidente. El wifi casi ni funcionaba. El aire acondicionado no enfria en el cuarto principal, habia que dejar la puerta abierta. Pienso que se pudiera prestar un mejor servicio! Cuando llegamos el piso tenia micha arena en las alfombras y en todas partes.

Good. But in need of Attention

Destin on the Gulf 502 is good. Fabulous location. The most stunning beach! Overall the condo is excellent and well equipped. It wasn’t busy at all. Really lovely. BUT… the two beds in the second bedroom need immediate replacement. Not just the mattresses, but bed frames as well. The foot of the mattress is much higher than the head. The beds dip as soon as anyone is on them. Three 18 year old, very light and slender girls slept in that room and it was truly a shame for that level of discomfort. We tried turning the mattresses but it made no difference. One of the girls ended up sleeping on the floor after night 3, it was that awful. We even considered renting a hotel room for nights. Very unfortunate. The two couches in the living room need a deep cleaning. We had to put sheets over them to feel comfortable sitting on it. The master bathroom is the only part of the condo that has had zero upgrades. It might actually be in its original form from when the building was built. It felt uncomfortable, dingy and dirty. The kitchen has most things you’ll need. It’s nice and bright. Be sure to add coffee filters to your grocery list as they are not provided. We found out the hard way. That’s a super simple thing to provide for guests. I appreciate having to purchase your own kitchen paper towel and toilet paper. But having to buy a package of 300 coffee filters for 5 days is unnecessary. We did love the area. LOVED IT! We will absolutely return but will very likely choose a different condo given the cleanliness and sleeping discomfort.

Beautiful Views Nice Layout

At first glance the unit looks awesome, great floors, light and bright open kitchen, amazing views, great private beach with easy access not too busy, Easy check in, plenty of bath towels, pretty well equipped kitchen, in room washer and dryer, close parking. This unit is nice but could use some TLC, couch covers and pillows need to be washed, bathrooms need updating, dryer wasn’t working properly, mattresses need replacing, master bed looks like it’s about to fall apart. Overall it’s a great unit for a family get away the cleaning crew just needs to do a deep clean.
