This cozy and clean two-bedroom and 2 bath unit offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the 7th floor. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, the 2nd bedroom is small in size with no closet and it has a full sized bed, and there is a full sleeper in the living room. Both bedrooms feature flat screen TV's perfect for winding down after a day at the beach. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials including a Keurig and Mr. Coffee maker for your convenience. Sterling Sands offers many amenities, including a workout facility, a large pool, optional beach service, and parking for 2 vehicles, making your stay even more convenient. enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine on your relaxing waterfront balcony. Experience beachfront living with everything you need for a perfect beach vacation in Destin, FL. sterling Sands is convenient to many attractions like Destin Commons, Big Kahunas Water Park, The Destin Harbor, And many excellent restaurants like Harbor Docks, Boshamps, and McGuires, Irish Pub. at Osprey vacation rentals, all of our rentals offer a starter pack of soap, shampoo, body wash, paper towels, garbage, bags, toilet paper and dish soap. The starter pack is intended to tie you over until you have a chance to get to the store to stock up.

*Important to note: A resort fee of $15 plus tax per person (for ages 5 and up), covering amenity wristbands and parking passes, must be paid during mandatory online pre-registration. The registration website link will be provided after booking. We encourage you to do this on-line to make things easier upon arrival. Seasonal Beach chair service (March 1 - Oct 31 is available to guests for an additional fee, which includes two chairs and an umbrella. Please note that this service is independent of us and can be purchased directly on the beach upon arrival. No tents, canopies or personal umbrellas allowed.

**All bookings require a signed rental agreement, a copy of a government issued photo ID that matches the credit card and the rental agreement, and a $300.00 security deposit hold (Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be subject to cancellation.)
