Welcome to this very nice house located in a quiet coastal area 200m away from the beach of Oliva. The property overlooks the sea and the mountains. It can comfortably accommodate 5 people, plus 2 extra spaces.

The property has a fantastic 14 m2 furnished porch, where you can sit and enjoy summer lunches and dinners with your loved ones; and a 20m2 terrace, so the little ones can safely play. You can park your car on the street without any problem, as the beach of Oliva is not an over-crowded area. The home’s privacy is partial.

The house has a bright living room where you can relax when you come from the beach by watching TV or reading a good book. The furnished living room is located in the same space, where you will enjoy eating with family and friends. The kitchen is open to the same room and is fully equipped for you to cook up a feast without limitations, including an electric stove. With regard to the laundry, the property features 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The property offers you 3 bedrooms, 1 with 1 double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and the last one with 1 single bed. At the same time, it has 2 additional spaces, at no extra cost, located on the living room’s sofa-bed. The house has 1 bathroom with a shower. In the property you have access to a total of 3 fans, 4 radiators and one crib, if needed.

This property is located 3 minutes from Oliva Nova equestrian center, where you can get horse-back riding lessons and where state championships are also held. It is fairly close to an 18-hole par72 golf course where you can enjoy the day practicing your swing. For people who enjoy walking, the Montgo Natural Park is a short distance from the property, as well as Oliva’s Marsh, where the Font Salada (which has beneficial properties for the skin) is located. If you prefer fine sand beaches, Oliva offers you some of them. There, you will be able to practice different water sports, such as Sky-surfing.
