The cottage is a successful blend of modernity and authenticity with its wooden beams and furniture. Here you will feel good. - On the ground floor: an entrance/laundry room, a toilet, and a kitchen open to the living room/lounge. - On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and the second with 1 160 cm bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside: an enclosed garden with equipped terrace, plancha brazier and children's games (hut, slide, buried trampoline (not available from October to March), ping-pong table) and bowling green shared with the owner. Possibility of relaxing in a spa open all year round (option at €130 per week or €20 per day bookable directly with the owner - access from outside - prohibited for children under 10 years old). Private entrance to the cottage, private parking, motorcycle shelter. Gîte adjoining the owner's accommodation. Want to breathe and recharge your batteries far from the hustle and bustle of the coast? Nivillac, a small country town, welcomes you. La Vilaine marks the territory and offers astonishing landscapes all along its banks, to be discovered on foot, by bike or by boat. 11 km away, wander the streets of La Roche Bernard, a Little Town of Character: its monuments and its artisans. Vacances superbes, location propre, bien équipée , identique à la description. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Le jacuzzi est un plus pour passer un bon séjour. À refaire.

Accueil impeccable endroit calme Attention toutefois le gite et le spa ( un peu chere et a 35 degrés limite) l espace dehors est vraiment en commun avec les propriétaires et donc quand on est dans le spa il y a du passage c est dommage

Nous tenons à vous transmettre des précisions sur l’utilisation et le tarif d’un spa avec accès au public : La température de 35 degrés est la norme fixée par l’agence régionale de santé pour une qualité d’eau optimale. Notre tarif pour un accès illimité est de 20€ par jour, peu importe le nombre de personnes. Pour votre information, le prix moyen dans un centre spa est d’environ 40€ pour 2 personnes pour une heure… La mitoyenneté du gîte avec notre habitation ainsi que le jardin commun est bien indiqué dans le descriptif et notre discrétion est régulièrement remarquée dans les avis clients.
