SMOKING is allowed on the 1006 balcony. The Penthouse spans 3,000 square feet and with an expansive living room overlooking the Gulf of Mexico's brilliant blue-green water. You will be captivated with the MILLION DOLLAR view of the Gulf with floor to ceiling windows throughout the condo and the Gulf front Balcony. Perfect backdrop for a magical Family Beach vacation! You will also enjoy breathtaking views from the kitchen, dining room, and the primary bedroom! The dining area seats 6 and offers unparalleled sunrise and sunset views. The kitchen comes fully equipped including double ovens and a breakfast bar that seats four.

The Pelican Walk Penthouse is ideal for families, couples, or a girls getaway weekend! Enjoy sunset views from the Master suite with a king size bed, ornate home furnishings, and a private spa like en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower room, and double vanity. Guest Bedroom #1 has 2 queen Beds and adjoining bathroom with combination tub/shower. Fantastic Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a spectacular time visiting this condo. It was spacious with a incredible view. We were able to enjoy daily sunrises and sunsets. The location is fantastic as it is out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to local attractions.

Majestic Vacation

Smelled Awful Like Cigarettes, not enough dishes and silverware

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would not recommend this until unless you are a smoker . One person of our party had to leave early due to the smell of smoke being so strong. When I complained they tried to tell me I rented a smoking unit , but it clearly states “ no smoking “ on the front door . Also, inside the unit it stated smoking permitted on the balcony only . It was enough to ruin our vacation and we will never stay at this property again . There also wasn’t enough dishes for 8 people to eat or drink coffee nor was the cookware usable . The lights weren’t all working in the kitchen. The bedroom doors don’t lock, so no privacy . The dining room kitchen chairs were severely torn. The bottom rack of dishwasher was broke. . I reported all of the is to management and no one ever contacted me . I will say a ozone machine was brought to us to help with the smell but didn’t help much . Very disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic Views, Property Management is very friendly and helpful. Only negatives, uncomfortable Great Room furniture and supposed to have been a non smoking unit , but strong Cigarette smell. But we had a great time, and overall it’s a great unit .
