Wonderful Provencal Villa with Private Pool and close to the Village

This wonderful modern and Provencal villa of 175sqm is a 5-minute drive from the beautiful village of Lorgues. The villa is bright, spacious and spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a large and bright living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large laundry room and separate toilet. On the first floor is the sleeping area with the 3 main double bedrooms as well as an adjoining double bedroom, two bathrooms both with toilets (a baby changing table is also available if you have a baby). This villa makes an ideal space for a family or a couple looking for space and tranquility. The house is air conditioned and has mosquito nets.

Outside, you can enjoy one of the sun beds around a large and charming private chlorine-free swimming pool (10m x 4.5m - safety cover available for families with children), all surrounded by cypress trees, lavenders and olive trees. A little shade being necessary during the long summer days, a covered pool house is at your disposal with a large dining table for 8 people and a summer kitchen (outdoor and indoor plancha). Finally, an outdoor lounge is also available on the second part of the terrace which will allow you to enjoy the sun whenever you want.

Lorgues is a charming village with its well-known weekly Provencal outdoor market and its many wine estates. The village of Lorgues is also close to the beaches of Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez and a little further Nice, Monaco or Antibes. A short drive to the north will take you to the Gorges du Verdon and Lac de St Croix - perfect to enjoy water activities or just to discover the stunning scenery of the region. Finally, the cities of Aix-en-Provence, Avignon and Orange are also easily accessible.

The villa is quick and easy to access by being perfectly located just 15 minutes away from the Arcs-Draguignan train station, 1 hour from Nice airport, 1 hour from Toulon airport and only 20 minutes from the A8 motorway (exit Le Muy or Vidauban). The property has a large private parking space that can welcome up to 4 cars.

The property was beautiful, better than the photos, and the pool was clean and secluded. It was easy to find, and the concierge was very helpful, when needed. We had a very relaxing time there. Would certainly consider going again.

Gorgeous house with all amenities and nicely furnished. House location was perfect near enough to shops and markets but in a lovely quiet area. Lovely garden which is not overlooked and child-friendly. We especially enjoyed the outside dining area with outside kitchen and BBQ. We had a memorable stay!

Amazing property. The pictures do not do it justice!

This property is amazing, it is in an excellent location, only 40 minutes to the beach while being in the beautiful countryside. Due to the excellent indoor/outdoor lounge and dinner options you can enjoy the outdoors in any weather or temperature. All aspects of the property are well maintained, and the pool is spectacular. The owners were amazing, and their onsite property manager was always available. We stayed for 7 weeks, and loved every minute of it!!

Das Haus und das Ambiente sind sagenhaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, besonders den großen Kühlschrank und den Gefrierschrank fanden wir prima. Alles war so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben.Die persönliche Übergabe fanden wir sehr angenehm, auch die Pflege des Pools.Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen! Die einzige Kleinigkeit, die zu bemängeln ist, dass das Internet für sechs Erwachsene zu schwach ausgelegt ist.

Tout pour les vacances!

Rien ne manquait à cette superbe villa! Nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines et tout était parfait. Lorgues est une très jolie petite ville et il y a de beaux lieu à visiter pas très loin.

Traumhaus in Lorgues

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind ein herrlicher Ort zum Entspannen. Das Haus bietet mit seinen 3 Schlafzimmern und den zwei Badezimmern einen idealen Ort als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Umgebung. Bei heissen Tagen wirkt die Klimaanlage sehr gut und es bleibt herrlich kühl im Haus. Der Swimmingpool zusammen mit der Umgebung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Im Dorf hat es ein gutes Angebot an Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Ich kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Die Betreuung durch den Conzierge war einfach und kompetent. Herzlichen Dank für die erholsame Zeit

Quinze jours de vacances merveilleuses, nous avons passé d agreables moments dans cette villa qui correspondait à nos attentes. Le pool house est idéal pour passer des moments de détente à l ombre... 7 jours de bonheur

Nous avons passé de magnifiques moments, dans la tranquillité. Une arrivée sur une grande place en gravier avec, en vue, un espace de verdure, un terrain clôturé et une superbe maison. L’extérieur est si bien aménagé avec les différents lieux pour se poser du matin au soir, que le rythme d’une journée se déroule dans la détente et le plaisir. De préciser que si la pluie s’était invitée durant notre séjour, le patio nous aurait sans problème permis de rester dehors, au grand air. L’espace piscine est remarquable. L’intérieur est spacieux, pratique et convivial. A l’étage, les chambres offrent le calme absolu pour de bonnes nuits de repos. Tout l’espace est bien entretenu, rénové et très propre. Les échanges, tant avec les propriétaires par e-mails qu’avec Guillaume, le contact sur place responsable de la conciergerie qui nous a accueillis, sont cordiaux, bienveillants et fort appréciables. Un séjour parfait dans une villa tres spacieuse joliement décorée!Nous etions 5 adultes et 3 enfants

Que de jolis souvenirs dans cette location!Nous avons apprécié la piscine et ses nombreux transats,sa cuisine exterieure et ses chambres agreables.La communication avec les propriétaires fut parfaite et nous ne pouvons que notifier que le menage effectué par les femmes de menage etait à la hauteur de nos attentes!
