This west Bend townhome above the Old Mill District is a luxurious place to call your home away from home and provides guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms perfectly suited to welcome up to 6 guests during a visit. Bend is a pet-friendly city and a stay in The Oasis is no exception to the rule. Guests are free to bring their canine companions along for the adventure and will find a warm welcome waiting the form of this pristine property.

In addition to proximity to the Old Mill District, a stay in The Oasis provides guests with options to quickly and conveniently access downtown, Mt. Bachelor as well as the Deschutes River. The Oasis is a spacious property that features 1,763-square-feet of living space designed to be enjoyed by all. When you aren’t indulging in the many amenities, The Oasis keeps you close to biking and hiking trails as well as wonderful views.

Comfortable living and modern architecture are key features of a stay in The Oasis. This rental includes year-round gas heat as well as air conditioning to keep guests cozy no matter what time of year they arrive. When you’re here and the weather is wonderful, you’ll be tempted to spend plenty of time outdoors where a large patio complete with a BBQ grill are waiting. Guests will find the two-car garage to be a true gift while each and every night of your stay can end in the bubbles under the stars with the use of the private hot tub.

Great location

Easy walk to both Farewell Bend and the old mill District. Perfect spot if you're heading in town for a show at the amphitheatre. Took a star off for cleaning because the grill was beyond caked in grease. Simply turning the burner on to warm up the grill started a grease fire large enough I detached the propane tank. Inside the house was perfectly clean but the outside area could use some TLC.

Great Location

Easy walking distance to Old Mill Shopping Center and Deschutes River Trail. Kitchen was very well stocked. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Back door lock was tricky. Ice maker and water dispenser on fridge didn't work. Upstairs TVs didn't work. A few jet adjusters on hot tub didn't work.

Comfortable place for 5 adults….clean, roomy, great location for walking to The Mill venues, and cars were off the street in garage. Found exception to 30 charge for use of hot tub, which was not disclosed until I went to make payment. That should be part of the price as it’s part of the property. Apparently not many use it as patio area was neglected. Tub itself had lots of dirt and cobwebs which we cleaned before use and was left clean.Feel 15’ leniency at checkout would help leaving less stressful. We were rushing and feel bad we forgot to leave cleaners a tip. They do a good job.Was first time using this kind of stay. Would do more research before booking, but glad it turned out well.

The house is dated and not the cleanest. The carpets need to be replaced and the beds/bedding is very dated. The hot tub was extremely dirty and the jets didn't work. There was no water from the fridge or ice. There is not netflix/amazon etc just basic cable with a very old tv and hard to use.

Mostly good stay

The layout and location are great but there are a number of things that are in need of replacement like the carpet and towels and there are some minor repairs needed throughout the property. A few updates and a little more TLC and I would've been able to give this property a higher review.

Relaxing stay

Check in was easy. House was as it said it was in the add. Owner was easy to talk to with great response time. My husband and I along with three teenagers and our little dog. The house was a perfect fit for our family.

Just what we needed!

This was a great stay for our family of 4 plus a dog. Not fancy but totally met our needs with plenty of space for all. Master bed and bath are big and the other 2 bed/baths do the trick. There is fully enclosed outdoor space. The location was an easy walk down to Old Mill shopping and movie theater, and 30 minute drive to the mountain. Only cons are lack of any games/puzzles/etc but sort of our fault for assuming they would have some and we didn’t bring any. Also thr TVs with multiple remotes and no instructions for a bit frustrating. The one in the main room has basic cable and Prime, but it would be better if it were a smart tv to link into our own Netflix/prime/etc or at least screen mirror. We couldn’t get the 2 in the bedrooms to do much of anything (but that could be user error because there were multiple remotes with no instructions). Overall not a dealbreaker and we’d likely stay here again.
