Paul and Angela Hibbard, a native Oregonian and San Franciscan, respectively, have had a love affair with Central Oregon before the secret got out that this is the best place on earth. They currently live in Corvallis where Paul is an Economics Instructor at Linn Benton Community College and Angela is Editor-in-Chief of MOM Magazine. The Hibbards travel to Bend as often as possible to soak up the beauty of the Cascade Mountains and enjoy the endless range of activities that Bend has to offer. Their home is managed with care by A Stone's Throw Bungalow for your stay in Bend.

One afternoon in 2006, while exploring the Old Historic Neighborhood, we stumbled upon this charming Craftsman Mill House for sale. We immediately fell in love - not just with the charm of the house, but with the unbeatable location. This vintage bungalow is literally located in the epicenter of Bend and enables us to reach everything we like to do here on foot. As a contributor to Bend’s Old Town Historic District and well preserved through the past 87 years, this quintessential Old Mill Home represented everything we wanted in a Bend home and more.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We couldn't ask for a better location in Bend to spend a weekend. Everything is within a short walk. The home maintains all of its original charm with all the modern comforts we enjoy on a vacation – e.g. hot tub, large yard, gas grill, wireless internet, gas fireplace, games, bikes etc. Furthermore, it’s managed by A Stone's Throw Bungalow, who help us make sure that our guests get the absolute most out of their stay in Bend.
