Cozy Beach Side Condo!

PierView Condos on the beach side - MP17 (location, location, location). STEPS away from the beach, but does not have an ocean view from the balcony. Complex is located on the beach. No need to pack up or cross busy roads. Recently renovated and 2nd year available for bookings. Beautifully decorated - immaculate 2 bedroom 2 bath (sleeps 6 pull out sofa) Private access to clean well maintained beach , swimming pool, basketball hoop, new pirate ship playground, picnic area with grills, under house parking (on a first come basis), new cargo lift, 2 TVs with cable with HBO, and wi-fi. Short walk to Jeannette's Pier, restaurants, ice cream shop, convenience stores, Tanger Outlet Mall, putt-putt, go carts, boat rentals etc.. North Carolina Seafood!! This is what beach life is about. Enjoy!!

Please note that we do not allow pets or smoking of any kind.

*** Community amenities are not controlled by the homeowner and cannot be guaranteed.
**** Our properties are located in coastal environments where water bugs are normal in high-moisture environments. We encourage all our guests to keep doors closed to avoid water bugs from entering the property.

Great condo, great location

The condo is wonderful. Furniture, finishes and appliances are all fantastic. On the first elevated level, which was nice because there is no elevator in that building. No beach view, but it says that in description. Only a few steps from the sand. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

A great spot to visit the OBX!

Great stay! Building is beachfront, just 1 minute walk to the beach! The condo does overlook the parking lot though. Not a big deal for us, but could be for others. Perfect stay for our family of 4. Great communication, we loved it!

Wonderful location

Well kept condo, very accessible and hospitable host, excellent location, and overall great vacation space. Only thing to note is that the condo does not have beachfront views (with the exception of slight glimpses from both the back and front decks).

Cozy Condo Right on the Beach

Loved this property! It was well stocked with all the necessary kitchen items as well as a great variety of games for entertainment. Only issue was the view from the balcony overlooks a lovely parking lot and you could hear the neighbors living above's dog howling frequently. The proximity of the beach was just a few steps away so that was awesome. I will definitely come back for my next outer banks trip!

Fall Retreat

Our first visit to OBX was a great experience. The beach is beautiful! Although it was fairly busy in the area, we were able to safely distance due to COVID-19 restrictions. The weather was nice enough to dine outside in the evening. The condo was nicely decorated and furnished with everything we needed. Our only disappointment was that it faced the parking lot and the building close next door. From the photos, we thought it was facing the beach. Jenna was very helpful and answered any questions promptly. Thank you for a great vacation!

Can't beat the location

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, nicely decorated, had plenty of cooking utensils and pots, a dishwasher, and clothes washer/dryer. The beds were comfy. The second bedroom bed was a bit low to the ground which worked perfectly for our toddler. The location was great. Tons of restaurants, easy parking, and the beach was super close and easy to get to. There is no elevator (and the condo is up one level) but there is a sort of motorized dumbwaiter if you need it for luggage. The beach was not crowded and it was very easy to socially distance. We had a great stay!

The condo was very nice. Owner was very accommodating. Great location. Kitchen was well equipped. Furniture was comfortable. Beds slept well. Bathrooms could use some updating. Washer dryer worked well. Very disappointed that our views were of a parking lot or another building. A sliver of ocean view between buildings from front door.

Great vacation!

Very nice place. Owner easy to get in contact with. Loved the location! Manager was very helpful with all questions and recommendations! Very friendly atmosphere! Great location!

Cute, Clean and Convenient!

Great location close to the beach, less than a minute walk. Condo was clean, very well decorated and well appointed. Loved the pool and under-building parking. Overall couldn’t have asked for any more! Jenna the manager was very responsive and super friendly. Recommend strongly!

Great Condo in Nags Head

We had a great time and the condo was the perfect size for 4 people. It is on the first floor so it was easy to carry our bags since we only had to go up one set of stairs.

Hidden Gem

Beautiful condo that worked out perfectly for our family. This complex is a hidden gem! We loved the area & accessibility to restaurants, shops & activities. However, it was so quiet & peaceful it felt like we were far away from everything.
