My husband son and I stayed for a week and had an amazing time. Right on the beach, and everything you need close by. Enjoyed evenings and mornings on the balcony watching the waves. Everything was clean and the condo had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Our accommodations were very clean. Had everything we needed, good soft comfortable bed...pillows could be a little more firm....other than that it was great...elevator was out as we was told it would be, but they did have accommodations for us to use to get our luggage up to our room wasn't a big deal at all!!! Will difanately stay again when I am in the area!

This really is a wonderful, peaceful property. Amy is a very attentive host. Very quiet condo right on the beach. Property is as described and has everything you need for an extremely enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

While our condo was clean and perfectly adequate, the property/building itself is old and rough around the edges. An elevator wasn’t working until the end of the week, but a luggage lift was provided. Unfortunately, our experience was tainted by the beach restoration happening literally in front of our condo. For the first two days we couldn’t use our beach. The work moved on but we had a huge pipe running the length of the beach all week. Very frustrating, but not the condo owners fault. For two grandparents and two grandsons the condo provided everything we needed. Excellent location!! We had an enjoyable stay doing all the OBX things.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. While our building has been a part of the Nags Head landscape for longer than some of the new builds in the area, we do have a very active HOA and caretaker team that ensures regular maintenance, upkeep and repairs are taken care of. As advertised, the elevator is not an amenity that we can guarantee due to the harsh (on electronics) coastal environment that we live in but we are still thankful to offer it to our guests when it is available. We do regret that the beach nourishment project impacted your stay; however, like you mentioned, it was completely out of our control and, thankfully, is now fully completed. We appreciate you being our guests.

Condo building is older but appears to be well maintained for the most part . Condo was great and clean. The balcony was wonderful and has a fantastic view. Building was quiet. Kitchen was well stocked. The supply of towels provided was minimal. You will need to take extra towels, soaps, trash bags etc. would definitely recommend this unit and would stay there again

My husband and I brought our teenage grandson to explore the Outer Banks. This was a perfect place to stay. Centrally located right on the beach. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. Only negative was the limited supplies-one trash bag, one roll of toilet tissue for each bathroom, no soap or shampoo in showers. Just be prepared. Communication with the host was good. Very responsive with clear check-in and checkout instructions.

We loved our stay at The Paisley Marlin in August 2025. The place is so nice (and super clean), awesome ocean views with nice pools as well. The location is also great (easy to get around the OBX), with many good restaurants close by. The owners are very attentive and respond to messages quickly. My daughter and I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great, semi-secluded area of Nags Head that’s relatively quiet but still in easy travel distance of most of the places in the OBX we enjoy. The checkin process is no hassle, and the caretakers of the property do a fantastic job. Looking forward to the next time we can stay — we’ll definitely be back!

The view was everything. This location was quiet, the host was super communicative, parking was good and it was super easy to access the beach. One piece of advice is to bring a sponge for the kitchen sink if you plan on cooking.
