Welcome to Paradise Plus (PV #103):

* First-floor end unit condo with unobstructed oceanfront views
* Condo sleeps 5: 1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Twin
* Fully stocked kitchen

* Elevator (out of service until April 2026)
* Private patio with deck furniture
* Community grills with Picnic Benches
* Spectacular sun deck
* New walk-in shower in master bedroom

Community amenities are not controlled by the homeowner and cannot be guaranteed.

The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Spring 2026.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a luggage lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.

Make memories with your loved ones at this oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the heart of Nags Head. Wake up and wind down with amazing sunrises and sunsets on both sides of the unit! Enjoy a beverage and watch dolphins play from the oversized patio.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and its own private bath, while the second bedroom contains a queen bed and a twin bed. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, two flat-screen TVs, cable and wireless internet, an in-suite washer and dryer, and beautiful patio furniture where you can take in all the views! Other property offerings include direct beach access and an outdoor shower.

Linens (bath towels, sheets, washcloths) are included. Bring your clothes and toothbrushes and we will do the rest! This is vacation: simplified!

Our unit is within easy driving distance of many wonderful local attractions: Jockey’s Ridge, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Oregon Inlet, Coquina Beach, and many great restaurants and shopping establishments. We’re right where you want to be!

Please note that we do not allow pets or smoking of any kind. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.

Vacation was fantastic!

We had a wonderful visit. The condo was clean, and the host was very thoughtful in providing some basic essential items that we would need to get us started and the referral list of places to eat and visit was great! Our view of the ocean from our private deck gave us a beautiful view of the sun rise every day. And we had a very short walk right to the beach!

Perfect weekend getaway

We love the oceanfront condo! It was extremely clean and the description was just like the pics! Our son wanted to head to the OBX for his bday and we did just that. Communication was almost immediate and it wasn’t for a problem just a parking question. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your place with us!!

Great Nags Head condo

We loved being directly on the beach. The condo was a good size, bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of room. The area of Nags Head that it is located was very nice and a great beach. We stayed in May, which was ideal as not real busy yet. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. We would recommend staying here.

Amazing week!

Beautiful condo right on the beach perfect for our family group of 4 adults! Enjoyed the sunrises, coffee, and watching the dolphins and pelicans from the large balcony with seating for 7! Nicely stocked kitchen and convenient charcoal grill allowed us to cook in when we wanted. Great location! Loved the beach and the area!

Comfortable and Convenient

Located in quiet end of Nags Head... Close to fine restaurants. Closer still to the Ocean. Unobstructed views of sunrises in the morning and stars at night.

Wonderful hosts!!

I have stayed in quite a few VRBO's, this one was great! I have never have hosts communicate and respond as quickly as these. It was wonderful to have questions answered within minutes! The new shower in the Master Bedroom is heavenly! The view is fantastic! Loved this property!

Tranquility best describes this place!

Just a wonderful place. Owner answered questions promptly and we didn’t have any issues while we stayed there for the week. The views are amazing and we spent most of our time on the deck watching the dolphins swim back and forth. And to be able to lay in the king size bed with the ocean sounds and views, just amazing. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Breakfast on the deck watching the sun rise was amazing. We highly recommend and we are looking forward to visiting again.

Perfection on the OBX!

This was a fantastic condo. Spacious, well-equipped and well-maintained. It was the perfect base for me, my wife and our two teens while we visited the Outer Banks. Tastefully decorated, it had everything we needed for our stay. Pride of ownership is apparent in how well things are kept up and the hosts’ communication was top-notch. The primary shower was incredible, the views from the deck outstanding as you are literally just steps from the beach. The location is also great. Minutes from restaurants, shopping and even not too far from Bodie Lighthouse. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Location, Location, Location

The condo is in an ideal location...it is off the main road in Nag's Head and directly on the beach with easy beach access. It is a perfect location for driving to the North and South Outer Banks for day trips and is only 15 minutes to Roanoke Island. The balcony is comfortable and the view is great. It is also very quiet in the condo. We did not hear anyone in the other condos.

beautiful condo with breathtaking views

What a wonderful, relaxing getaway! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and the location was right on the beach! It has the most amazing views from both the living room and the primary bedroom. I literally woke up to the sunrise over the ocean. Communication with the hosts was seamless. I plan to come back again when the weather is a bit warmer. :)
