Excellent location

Great proximity to local restaurants, grocery stores, and an easy drive to and from the airport. Property was overall great, and the owner is extremely friendly.

Loved this place!

My friends and I stayed here during our spring break and had a fantastic experience! The neighborhood was quiet, super close to the beach, had great common spaces to make tons of memories! Not to mention it’s walking distance from a Dunkin Donuts and Walgreens!

GREAT Stay for Spring Break!

Property was as described, very close to the beach and clean. Owner was nice and went over all expectations once we arrived. HIghly recommend this rental! Would love to stay again!

Great Location

The main attraction for this is the proximity to the beach. The house is missing a few simple things like extra blankets and enough utensils, but you’re staying in this house for the beach.

Amazing!!!

The property was so beautiful and in the perfect location! The pictures and description online fit the property perfectly, and I was very happy with my stay. Super close to the beach, and the backyard/pool area was superb. The property manager was easy to talk with and very accessible as well. My friends and I loved our stay!

Paradise

This was an amazing albeit short weekend getaway house. The pool is so enticing and relaxing. We loved the convenience of the location to the restaurants and shops, and being directly across the road from the beach was really nice!!

Best trip I’ve ever been on!

Couldn’t recommend this property more, the owner was SO easy to get in touch with and the location was perfect! Beach wasn’t crowded at all and the pool in the back yard was so nice, wasn’t super fair from pier park and bars. Can’t wait to be back!

Perfect location

We stayed for Jeep jam and it was great! Close enough to everything but far enough away from the late night craziness of the strep. Plenty of room for us all, was able to use the garage which was great for the sudden rains with jeep top off. Looking forward to the next trip

Amazing Stay, Even Better Host!

We got to the house at 10, and our check-in was not until 4 and he let us check in at 12! He was so amazing with communication and the house was absolutely spectacular! The location is SOOO nice! Will definitely be coming again!

Perfect Location

Nice home just outside of PCB...away from the large crowds which is what we wanted. Easy walk to beach. Gated community. Upstairs bedroom was warm at night when door was closed otherwise a perfect place to stay. We will be planning future trips here.

Perfect vacation!

This was my first time to Panama City Beach. My family and I loved everything about the house and beach. House is beautiful and we had everything we needed. Beach was only a few steps away. We loved the pool. Beds are super comfortable. The owner was so nice and helpful. We may just make this our yearly vacation house.

Fall Break Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time on our visit to Sunnyside. The house had been updated and location to beach was perfect. Kitchen could have had additional items to make cooking at the house easier but not a huge problem as we ate out many meals.

Family with small children

The check in process and communication with the host were exceptional. He even allowed an early check in which was unexpected, but greatly appreciated after a long 16 hour drive! The house was exactly as advertised. The location was phenomenal. The house was exactly what we had hoped. We would definitely stay here again.

Big yard and lovely pool

The location is fantastic!! The yard is really great for kids to get out and run!! The pool was great! If we had been allowed to go to the beach, the access was right across the street!! The bedrooms were huge and so were the closets!! We were quite content to be quarantined there in the warmth!!

Fantastic!

Large backyard with pool was so nice, especially being right across the street from the beach! House was very clean and had lots of space for all of our friends. It was my first time visiting Panama and the house made the trip even better! My friends and I enjoyed every part of it! I would most definitely stay at the Jamaican Lake House again!

PCB 2/2023 experience

Owner was great and quick to respond. Great location and house, pool. Had a few hiccups with codes and especially in getting Wi-Fi which was frustrating but by the end of the week all was taken care of.

This is the quite, family oriented part of Panama City Beach. No busy road to cross, no hi rises to contend with and all the people that come along with them. Just good family fun.
