Sleep Safe: All linens and towels are 100% sanitized and disinfected after every stay by Gulf Coast Laundry Services.

The condo sleeps 8. King bed in the Master Suite, 2 Queen Beds 2nd BR, a queen size sofa sleeper. Unit has a full kitchen, no carpet, both bathrooms and living room completely remodeled.

Regency Towers has great amenities at a budget price! Family friendly resort lots to do 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, shuffleboard courts and over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront to enjoy.

Regency Towers Beach Resort Is on the east end of Panama City Beach 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas, deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat jet ski rentals. Many local restaurants nearby J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s, Patches Bar and Grille, and Schooners Open Air Restaurant on the beach.

Sorry No Dogs allowed except service dogs.

Spring Break Ages 18-25 Price shown is for 6 people we will add $125 + tax each for 7th-8th guests. A $300 refundable Security Deposit will be added to the total shown.

Regency Towers Resort$40 Per Condo Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, 1 extra is $15.
Each renter will be issued 2 parking passes maximum. Summer and busy weeks renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed the property and beautiful beaches, swimming pools and location. The unit was very nicely updated and decorated with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The only negative was closure of the tiki bar and other areas of the property under construction through April 29, 2025.

Location was great, calmer end of PCB. The condo was beautiful and had everything you need. Quiet and convenient to everything. Will definitely stay here again. The beach chairs were a huge bonus! And so was Bikini Bobs.

Nice little condo for our beach stay. My kids loved the kiddie pool. Location was easy and close to several restaurants but away from the main strip and crowd.

Excellent

The trip was wonderful! The space was large enough for our family. The bathrooms and bedrooms were perfect for our family. The price was great and the room came with two sets of chairs and umbrella service which was absolutely incredible. Thanks for a wonderful week! Hopefully we will see this adorable place again soon!

Summer vacation

Everything was great! Not a huge fan of the washer/dryer combo but we made it work. Having 2 sets of chairs and shade was awesome and hard to come by. We will definitely be back!!

This was a beautiful condo on the 5th floor. We were impressed with how roomy it was and how very clean it was when we first arrived. We stayed here for two weeks and really enjoyed everything Regency Towers and our unit offered. It was wonderful having four chairs and two umbrellas out on the beach, that the property management offered us for free. The people that set up the chairs and umbrellas every day were fantastic to work with and gave us a good spot every day and made sure it was ready for us when we came out on the beach.The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the walk-in shower was super nice!The only things that we would suggest to the property management company is to invest in a couple full length mirrors in the unit. The only mirrors in the unit are the two in each bathroom. We ended up going to Walmart and spending 20 on a cheap full-length mirror since we had a couple evenings we dressed up for some important parties we attended.Also, a normal toaster to toast pop tarts and toast would have been nice instead of the toaster oven that is in the unit.And one other thing that I saw in other people's reviews was the washer/dryer combo. I absolutely would never purchase a washer/dryer combo for people that are staying in a condo and are expecting to wash beach towels, swimsuits and clothing daily. You aren't able to wash one load and have one in the dryer so it limits you to one load at a time.

9th year at Regency towers

Great room, great property, amazing staff! This room was clean well stocked, and perfect for us. We have been to RT for 9 years now and we love it. This condo was clean upon arrival.

Fall break

Perfect location, on the more quiet end of PCB but that was perfect for our family 8! The kids loved the options between 2 pools, Kona ice, the beach right there and game options! Elevators were a little slow but that’s bc one was down, other than that everything was perfect!

Good Stay

Room had a beautiful view and in a good location. The room was a little humid so one bedroom did not have a good air flow and was warm. With the humidity everything felt moist, but all together it was a nice place!

Perfect for families

My family really enjoyed our first FL vacation! Dispite the pandemic, we all had a great time. I liked how it wasn't too fancy with breakables all over the condo and had the "home" feel to it! The balcony overlooked the pool so I could watch the kids play and the ocean view gave relaxing sunrises in the mornings. The kids loved karaoke Sunday night. The only real complaint was the attendant doing the beach chair rentals on the beach as I noticed many had issues with how rude he was. That's not the property's fault tho. My family can't wait to revist!

Quiet October Vacation

The condo location was exactly what we were looking for - a quiet spot on the beach. While Regency Towers is one of the oldest condos along Panama City Beach, our room had recently been updated. The bed and bath rooms were beautiful and spacious. Plenty of linens were provided so daily laundry was not necessary. The kitchen cabinets were still outdated, but the appliances were new. And the kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare our meals. I would highly recommend this unit to my friends and family.

Cute Condo w/ Potential.

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great and view was absolutely beautiful. This condo has been recently renovated and had a modern beach theme. I highly recommend that the owner of this condo hire a new cleaning crew. The guest bathroom had brown/orange stains on walls and it leaked down to sink. The doorways were really dusty and the vents did not seemed to be cleaned regularly. There were broken appliances and furniture that need to be replaced. The beds were probably the worst thing about this condo. They were super springy and worn down. We had to stack multiple comforters in order to give them more cushion.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I just returned from a week stay at Regency Towers, unit 508. The mattresses were terrible, no support and they were stained. The pillows were flat; glad we brought our own. The furniture was worn out. There were broken cabinet doors and drawers. The unit could have been cleaner. We found a can of sunscreen and an open cup of applesauce under the couch. There was also a ball of hair under the vanity in the master bath. The washer/dryer combo was not sufficient. The clothes/towels never got completely dry. I couldn't wait to get home. We won't stay here again.

Needs update, repair and deep cleaning

Check in process was easy. We arrived w family and a load of groceries. Fridge was not clean and had dried sticky spills... ice maker didn’t work, but thankfully there was a countertop version. The fridge temp regulated wildly so we either had warm drinks or frozen food. Unpacking clothes saw that dresser drawers were flimsy/missing tracks so drawers just fell back and forth when opened/closed. Floors were dirty and vacuum was old and spewed a cloud of filth when used hardly picking up anything. The living room furniture was covered in stains and had flimsy coverings that didn’t stay in place. Kitchen sink backed up the second night there. Made a maintenance call, then another one the next day and finally had it repaired. Two double beds had very worn/sagging mattresses. Master bedroom bed was comfy enough, but poorly sealing window whistled like a tea kettle all night, so we both had to wear earplugs to get rest- and the screen was badly worn..visible mold in both bathrooms and window tracts. The complex amenities were nice- we enjoyed billiards on rainy days, the fitness room, food area, and the beach chairs/umbrellas were a nice perk. The little bait/booze place across the street blasted the national anthem randomly, but was a convenient place to grab bait and the Dollar General was handy for picking up supplies here and there. Our family has visited the lagoon are of PCB several times but this unit was by far the worst rental yet.

We called for maintenance to report/repair because the garbage disposal wasn't working and was backing water up into the sink and dishwasher and a chair was broken. Was told they would come to repair these things but never showed up. Otherwise, we had a great vacation stay.

Bed was ok, hot water plentiful, nice kitchen pots and pans, cooking was good, flooring was updated, furniture was not comfortable but most are not in these places, all in one laundry takes hours to do a load, not my favorite, walk in shower was great, nice high toilets. Overall stay, was good, location is in quieter area, guarded parking area, beautiful view, ocean front, pools were nice, plenty of seating in the sun.
