Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the premier condo complexes in all of Panama City Beach! Complimentary Beach Chairs included.

This beautiful unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit comes stocked with newly updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom.

The master bedroom comes equipped with a king size bed and a 40 inch flat screen TV. The master bathroom has dual vanities, a walk in shower, and a separate tub.

The second bedroom comes with a Queen size bed and a TV in it. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combo in it.

An extra queen size bunk bed is in the hallway. Each bunk has a private TV! There is a bonus twin size trundle bed under the bunks.

Enjoy the beautiful beaches and breathtaking sunsets from the large balcony.

ABOUT Grand Panama:

Property features two pools, two hot tubs, on-site tiki bars, on-site dining and shopping, exercise room, kiddie pool, coffee and ice cream shop, business center, meeting room, covered parking, WiFi hot spots.

From our upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf.

Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddy pool, Jacuzzis, and fitness center.

Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $50 flat resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $30. Motorcycle parking passes will remain at $15.

Very nice property

Grand Panama is a very nice property and sits right on the beach. This is second year staying here and it is convenient to many restaurants, shopping, and activities. The management keeps the property in very good condition.

Great little place!

Location is incredible, Elevators were fast, and the beach is a short walk down. The unit itself was a tad dated and the mattresses are ready to be replaced, but other than that, we loved it. Had a great time and would stay again!

Easy Check in. Room was clean and beautiful. We only had 2 issues. Someone left a massive amount of egg shells and wax paper in the garbage disposable. The disposal did not work and the sink backed up at times. I reported this to the property management and they were to tell maintenance. The second issue was the door to the washer/dryer would not open. I also reported this. Maintenance never came to fix the issues while we were there. Otherwise, the unit was clean and very nice.

It was a nice place other than a few spots of damage and the toilet running but we did report it and the host was very nice about it. The property itself was nice and the help was very friendly! The tiki bar was very good and convenient.

Great unit to stay at

I love Grand Panama resort. All the units are great. I have stayed here 4 times and have loved it every time. This stay was great also. Love the unit on the second floor over looking the pool. The unit was perfect. A little wear and tear on the unit but that was over looked due to being in paradise. Definitely would stay in this unit again. 5 star rating.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved where the unit was located. Perfect view close to pool. But I sent an email to you that upon arrival the mildew smell was so strong we had to go buy stuff from the store but it didn’t help. It was really bad so we ate on the balcony . We were there a week but they was no trash bag only one in the can and no extra toilet paper. Usually a unit has two for a weeks stay. I cleaned houses for years and at least mop the floors they were bad. I would have done it but it needs a good mop and broom. It would have been perfect if the cleaners just did a good clean and keep something there for the strong mildew smell. I have always felt with the owners at other places so easy but you never contacted me back. I wish it could of been our go to place from now on.
