Great stay

Beautifully decorated condo in the best location on the beach. Perfect size for 2 adults and 2 teens. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants (Pier Park) was a bonus.

Amazing experience!!!

Everything went so smooth from booking to checking in, and the stay was great. The property was clean and fully stocked. The views from the balcony were amazing and the pool and beach access made our time there with our kids very easy.

Our stay was wonderful— the balcony has lovely comfortable furniture on it, however, the bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom are not solid— when one tries to climb to the upper bunk, everything shakes— which is scary. Also, a few blankets to use would have been nice. We used our beach towels to lay on top of us when we were cold. We were very pleased otherwise with the condo, the view and the beach!!!

We do always provide blankets in every unit, so I’m not sure how those were missed. They are typically located in the bedroom drawers or at the top of the closet, so they may have been tucked away. That said, this is absolutely something that should have been readily available for you, and we will be sure to double-check for our next guests. Please always remember that we are just one phone call away and only minutes from the property—we would have been more than happy to bring anything you needed right away to ensure your comfort. Regarding the bunk beds, thank you for bringing that to our attention. These are newly updated and have been inspected and approved by our team as secure and in great condition, but we will absolutely have our maintenance technician double-check them again to ensure everything is perfectly solid. Great location! Really liked parking on the same level as room, especially when it is check -in/ check-out time. Beautiful room, very clean. Traveled with kids, they really liked the bunk bed. Nice pools and hot tub.

Amazing view🙂

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The condo is very nice. The view is amazing watching the sun come and sun go down. Watching the dolphins swim. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back.

We will be back!

We have stayed in at least a dozen or more condos in Aqua, and this was the nicest by far. Well kept, well equipped and clean! We will be back in the future!

Perfect location and experience

Loved the well appointed condo. Clean and roomy and the location was incredible. Just less than half a mile to Pier Park and Runaway Island. We enjoyed the hot tub and loved having the reserved beach chairs. 3rd floor location was wonderful and elevators were fast. Would definitely book this condo again. Kitchen was well stocked and they had plenty of towels too.
