Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom both have full bathrooms and a convenient 1/2 bath on 1st floor. Unit is as shown

Matches the pictures and beach access is amazing with just a quick walk. Kitchen pots and needs were very adequate. Loved the easy parking underneath the building and the storage closet with all your beach needs including several umbrellas. My only complaint was the shower pressure in the master was non existent and very tricky to shut off.

Perfect beach getaway on the gulf

We were very happy with our stay! The view of the water from the balconies was great (second home back from the ocean but still have a great view, and the sound of the ocean is so relaxing)! The beach is quiet and peaceful and not crowded, which is AMAZING. The home is VERY clean. There were beach items available (towels, umbrellas, chairs, cooler) so that we did not have to pack them for airline travel, which was incredibly helpful! The home feels very large inside with two floors, which is nice with teenagers who don't always want to hang with their parents. The furniture is comfortable, as were the beds. Easy walk to a restaurant on the water and a little ice cream shop as well. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Favorite complex on Gulf Blvd.

Pelicans point is a great complex! Every unit has a great view of the ocean. Just keep in mind that the A&B units have a lot of stairs so if you have and elderly people in your group I would advise against these condo’s.

Very nice condo, we had everything we needed. We hope to come back and stay. Linda was duper nice and very fast with communications.

This place never disappoints! The views are amazing, the area feels safe and any communication needed is responded to promptly by the property manager! This was our 3rd year and we are planning for many more!

Great get away!

Had a great time at the beach. Condo was clean and very spacious. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach. Would recommend this condo with no reservations!!

Perfect hideaway

Beautiful condo with beautiful views. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Just a 30 min drive to Clearwater for more restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Repeat Stay

We love staying in the location and the complex! This is definitely our go to every year! We never have complaints and if we did, I’m 100% confident they would be dealt with immediately. Linda has always been great to us! She makes everything so convenient and stress free for us! This is definitely a place to check out if your looking to vacation on a clean, beautiful and not so public beach on the Gulf!

Love the location

We have stayed in different units in this same group of homes, you could not ask for a better location, the beach is never crowded and that is amazing. However this particular unit the beds were so uncomfortable I did not sleep a full night any night I was there, two of the lights seemed to be having electrical issues the light bulb in the downstairs bathroom was flashing so much I had to take it out from fear it was something worse going on and the upstairs bedroom light would turn itself off and on. The manager was very responsive and brought drano the very next day after I reported a stopped up shower. Overall it was a fabulous trip, I just think somethings need to be replaced!

Location is great because it is close to the beach. Although, the house should be more cared for. It should be a lot cleaner. The house wasn't cleaned well. The washing machines damage clothes. The towels for the beach that the house offers were ripped and should have been repalaced. The couches, patio chairs, and one of the bed covers were stained. However, the host was wonderful. Very good communication.

The sunsets are spectacular but…

We are new to VRBO but have traveled a lot and stayed at lots of owner/ property managed properties. The pictures were pretty accurate but please note that table has been replaced with a bar height table. If you want to keep your phone charging on the bedside it’s not happening unless you crawl under the bed to plug in your charger. There wasn’t a single board game to be found; not even a deck of cards. There were lots more instructions than we usually see including not setting the thermostat below 76 degrees. We would have rented somewhere else had we known we were required to wash AND dry all the towels before leaving. There were just two of us but if you are 4 or 6 people this departure task would take time and it’s unrealistic to think you wouldn’t use a single towel the morning of check out. We had to leave at 6:30 AM for our flight so even toothbrushing and face washing was with a paper towel. The property HOA had a sprinkler inspection the last day of our trip so we planned to be out of the unit. Linda the property manager was very attentive and helpful. The distance to the beach and provided chairs and umbrella were appreciated. We just felt like we were staying at someone else place and not really welcome. The furniture was uncomfortable, the bedding felt old and there were stains on the towels. For what we paid we expected more. The owners need to invest a bit more money if they want to get these kind of rates for this property.

Terrible experience

Booked and paid for unit in advance, drove 9 hours to arrive on a Friday evening to a place that smelled of pest control and a temperature of 77 degrees inside, it was 93 outside. Turned A/C unit down to try and cool the place and called property manager who lived across the street. She came over but did not think it felt that bad, (She had been out on her boat) we told her we had been there for over hour now and temperature had risen to 78. She reluctantly decided to call the owner then a repair person. We left and came back an hour and a half later to be told by the repairman that the A/C was not working and needed a part and that they were unsure when they would receive. The property manager said that she was sorry and recommended we call Holiday Inn Express and she had no other properties. If we wanted to have stayed in a hotel we would have booked one initially! Needless to say it was 8:30 on a Friday night in a beach community that was all booked for the weekend or the offices were closed. It took us until 11pm to find other accommodations for the night and then had to get up the next morning to determine where we would stay the remaining 4 nights of our 5 night vacation. Needless to say we had to pay a much higher rate as well due to limited weekend availability. The property manager didn’t check to see if we had found anything or attempt to help us find alternate accommodations. I did get my full refund back but what about the extra money that had to be spent to find alternate accommodations at the last minute. Renters forfeit money when they have to cancel for unforeseen circumstances but there is no penalty when property owners have to cancel because of poor management of their property.

Great location and steps away from the beach. Far enough away from the public access to have a private beach feel. Building is clean and all the amenities of home to make for a comfortable stay.

We had another wonderful stay at this beach house! The property was clean and well maintained which made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The location could not be better - a few steps from the beach, convenient to local restaurants and shops but also feeling like our own private escape. If I had one suggestion, it would be to update the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels, as they are a bit worn. Overall, this didn’t take away from a great experience. Can’t wait to go back next time!

Great House, Great Location!

Everything about this stay was wonderful! Very relaxing, had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect and was steps from the beach. Very close to restaurants/grocery stores and a short drive from the airport. The building felt very safe and the neighbors were quiet. Property was very clean. Linda was very kind and easy to get ahold of. I would absolutely recommend this property!!

Stairs Are not a problem

Very Clean and roomy, host was very nice and let us in a few hours early. Location was excellent; beach was just a few steps from the room. Would definitely stay here again.If you are elderly or have mobility issues then this is not the place for you but it was no issue for us. Had a wonderful stay.
