This is just a perfect place for a small family or two couple. Beautifully decorated, clean and a view to die for. Host was very responsive...we had to delay our trip 2 days due to ice storm. I messaged Brandon and he just let me move it. I would for sure rent this again.

We had a great time. The condo was just as pictured and very clean. I had a couple of questions and the owner responded right away and answered all questions. The palm trees block the view so I would suggest trimming those if possible. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

Loved the balcony! Lots of room for my husband and I. However, not sure it should be listed as dog friendly. My dogs were good the first couple days but Monday we went out for dinner and when we came back the lady staying upstairs began screaming at me about my dogs barking. Granted I wouldn’t want to hear barking dogs but if she wouldn’t knock on the door and scream at them they would’ve been quiet. You can hear people upstairs easily. After spending the money to keep them there with us we had to spend even more to board them at a kennel which broke my heart. We stayed in garden city in June with the dogs and didn’t have any problems. Even with that I liked the condo and its proximity to the beach. Would stay again but without my dogs.

nice property but had problem with roaches

The first day we got here an exterminator came to the door. We were not told ahead of time that he was coming. I was taking a shower and he was asked to please come back and he said sure that was fine. That evening my husband killed a live cockroach in the bedroom. Contacted the owner who said he would take care of the situation. The next day we saw another live cockroach running on top of the kitchen counter. Contacted the owner who again said he was working on it and to be patient and that he always has gotten good reviews. Saw another dead cockroach in the living room the next day. Well maybe he has received great reviews previously but because of his lack of follow through ( no one ever came to address this situation)and poor communication skills we will not be giving him the same good review. Also the vents were dirty.

Wonderful place to stay!

Property was wonderful and clean. The condo was amazing. Very clean and comfy! We stay the week of July 4 we enjoyed to golf cart parade. We definitely would book again.

Beachfront Family Getaway

We loved our stay here! It was very clean and had beautiful beach decor. We loved the view, despite a palm tree slightly encroaching on the view. We enjoyed the pool, which was usually empty. After spending time at the beach, it was nice to cool off. The only downside was that being it was a condo, we could sometimes hear the upstairs occupants. Otherwise, it was perfect for us and our dog!

Beach vacation

A lovely condo, just as advertised. We had a great time at the beach, riding the waves and taking long walks. Loved the balcony with a view of the beach.

Serenity at Surfside Beach

Lovely location. Cozy and comfortable. Pool pump was a bit noisy, especially at night. But after calling, we were assured issue would be addressed. We would definitely come again.

Awesome Hosts!! Dogs loved it too!

It was so easy working wth the hosts to get us in and with 2 service dogs. Condo was beautiful and on 1st Floorfloor. Made taking our dogs so easy to deal with

Nice condo with an amazing view!

We generally stay at Surfside Beach in October which is a great time of year there. This year we had to bring our pet with us so we needed a place that was pet friendly. We weren't sure what to expect, but we hit the jackpot with this choice! The condo is on the first floor, just yards from the beach and right beside the pool. The balcony has a high top table and chairs which allows you to see the ocean over the railing. The condo was clean and well stocked when we arrived. The added touch of leaving some coffee pods, sweetener and creamer on the counter was a nice surprise especially since we arrived late and did not want to go back out to the store for coffee for the next morning. The beds were clean and very comfortable. You can even hear the ocean in the master bedroom with the windows closed. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. We will definitely be staying there again even if we don't have to bring our pet!

Very Impressed!

The condo was everything listed and more. It was by far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in our many years of visiting Surfside. Check-in was very easy and simple. Beautifully decorated and maintained. We did not have to spend time buying household items since it was all provided.... even 4 keurig pods! The bed was very comfortable. We were very pleased. Thank you!

Surfside Success!

We started out the 1st weekend with my daughter and her family and the remainder of the trip was just me and my husband, the condo was clean, fresh and well maintained. Everything was up to date and in working order, we will definitely be back!
