Enjoy the community pool, game room, and tennis courts. This condo is only steps away from the bay and the ocean. You can rent jet skis, paddle boards, or even apply to set up a bonfire right by the bay! The condo is located on the south end of Dewey Beach, away from the hustle and bustle but, close enough to still enjoy all that Dewey Beach has to offer. Lots of restaurants and bars to enjoy and all within walking distance. You can also hop on the Jolly Trolley, take Uber or Lyft, bike, or even walk to downtown Rehoboth!

Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow renters to bring pets.

Capacity is limited to 6 guests.

Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy of 15% penalty if we are able to re-rent your dates which is stated in the lease agreement.

Linens are not provided at this property, so you will need to bring sheets & bath sets. Ask your agent for linen company options in our area.

Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE in addition to the current municipality accommodations tax of 3% in Dewey.

After Labor Day availability and rates must be confirmed with the property owner by Crowley Assoc.
